I’m throwing this out to the universe. I’m currently in the final phases of revising a business plan for a contrast therapy studio in the small mountain town I live in here in Canada. It will feature saunas, cold plunges and red light therapy. I’m creating this because I think it will be super beneficial for this extremely active and hard working community. I will soon be applying for a small business loan through local community futures programs and possibly credit union. Really the only thing holding me back from starting this business is funding. $250k is a significant amount of money. That’s why I’m asking for help and advice. If my funding doesn’t happen through local sources what can I do? Angel investors, crowd funding, self funding? If anyone has any resources or knowledge for getting something like this off the ground in Canada, please reach out. My heart is fully in this endeavour and any help of any form is truly appreciated. ❤️

The crypto art space was born from a radical idea: authenticity is verifiable. Every stroke, every mint, every transaction… recorded on-chain, permanent, unchanged. You can't fake provenance. You can't alter the ledger. The blockchain doesn't do revisionism.
And yet, the same space that invented immutable truth became a playground for hype, wash trading, and performative flex. Projects with no soul aping aesthetics that aren't theirs. Artists manufacturing a persona instead of a practice. Collectors chasing clout, not connection.
I've chosen a different path. My work is what it is. No manufactured scarcity theater. No Discord pump. No fake collab buzz. If the market rewards me… good. If it doesn't… good. What matters is that every piece I put on-chain is a true transmission: honest, flawed, mine.
The NFT world gave artists something extraordinary: direct ownership of their voice. Don't spend that gift performing for algorithms. The blockchain will remember what you made. Make sure it's worth remembering.
