McGuinness is honoring late athlete Zach Tawwater in their season opener by painting his jersey No. 88 on the field.
Tawwater’s best friend, senior WR Nate Steiner, will wear his jersey tonight. Coaches, friends, and family are also wearing shirts with his number on the back.
