Some days are packed with meetings from one side to the other. Morning meetings, afternoon meetings, evening meetings. My own work doesn’t get done, so I defer it to the next day or work into the night. Frederick Townes and I just released episode 5 of Better Kind of Busy: Can a Meeting Carry Its Own Weight? We put numbers on it from our Collaboration Tax report: about 275 interruptions a day, 1,200 application switches, and four hours a week lost just reorienting between tools. Then Fred shows what it looks like when an assistant handles the work around a meeting.

In Episode #002 of Better Kind of Busy, Frederick Townes and I break down graymail: the pitches, prospecting, and newsletters that come from real senders, pass every filter, and still eat your day. They cover what it costs, why it keeps growing, why the big platforms won't fix it, and how Pax screens it for you. Links to watch and listen in the first comments. #business #paciva #betterkindofbusy #ai

Josh McDaniels is the worst OC in the league. He's dated and predictable and Brady isn't there to cover for him anymore #patriots

Sometimes using AI feels like paying your cleaning person to clean your house for $150 and instead, they take a shit on your floor and leave and then charge you another $150 to come back and clean up the turd in the kitchen.

Capability opens the privacy surface. Privacy risk grows with what an AI can see, remember, infer, connect to and do. Five verbs, five separate controls, and a strong answer to one tells you nothing about the rest.

From the Paciva report Privacy Follows Capability. paciva.ai/resources/privacy-…

Don't ever give out your email address ever again... Every stranger who wants my attention states their business first, on the record. An AI SDR can fill the form. Fine. The form was never the wall. The record is: stated intent, scored, remembered against every future message. Lying to the gate is cheap once. Being remembered is not. If we have AI outbound automation, what do you guys think about AI screening to catch it?

Can you trust AI right now with privacy? @chamath doesn't think so. I tend to agree with him. What say you good people? Who's out there solving this?

This is what strangers see when they message me: Pax, introducing itself by name, saying it screens my inbound, offering the chat by type, voice, or video. A minute, answered either way. The people who matter get through. Everyone else still gets treated like a person.
