Redo AF case with @NagibChalfoun using #HDGrid and #EnsiteX magnetic mode. Clear difference when comparing Omnipolar and Bipolar voltage in the RSPV, giving us a clear target for a one burn reisolation. #TrueElectrograms #OnlywithOT #MidAmericaEP

Great aAFL/VOM case with @AndreGauri. 14.5 minutes and 30K points later - confirmed mitral flutter with #HDGrid. VOM extended CL 5-10MS and left us with an easy #OneBurnTerm on lateral mitral line. Under 3 minutes of RF to complete line. #MidAmericaEP
