If I were Ramaswamy's campaign, I'd consider filing a OEC and FEC violation against Acton for that letter saying Vivek was responsible for the ad. The ad had no attribution, which is required.
Professional campaigns treat disclaimers as non-negotiable. Missing one on a formal paid ad is an easy way to draw an FEC complaint, potential fines, and bad press. That makes it unlikely the official Ramaswamy campaign produced and distributed this as a regulated advertisement; they would almost certainly have included the required “paid for by” language. The source remains unconfirmed, even though Acton’s side has blamed Ramaswamy and the video is styled like an attack ad.#LyingAmy

Why have I bought into the Muskonomy? This is why. At 9pm on a Friday night I got in my wife’s car to pick up her Target order. I made it one house down before the car started throwing flat tire warnings. I pulled over and sure enough. It was flat. I very slowly drove it right back into our driveway, hopped out, and filed a claim through the Tesla app with my Tesla insurance. Within minutes a tow truck was dispatched to pick the car up and take it to the nearest Tesla service center. Since they’re open Saturday’s, the car will be ready for pickup tomorrow with a repaired or new tire. On any other car this would be a nightmare. Trying to find a tire shop over Saturday and Sunday, make sure my tire is in stock, pay a towing company to come get it… it would consume the weekend. Not with my @tesla though. A few taps of the screen and all I have to do it pick it up at the end. Wow.

My son broke his arm today so I took him out for ice cream and said he could get a LEGO set and we could build it together.
We went to Walmart.
Every single LEGO set, even ones that were $7.99, were locked up behind glass.
We walked down another isle… same thing.
Every single week I have walked in here and more items are locked up behind glass and it takes FOREVER to have anyone help you open something and they make you feel awful for it.
It’s honestly barely worth shopping here at all…
I felt so bad for my kid. We ended up just leaving without a LEGO set.
Whatever we are doing with society that has brought us here… it’s gotta end.
