What health habits are you passing along to your children? You may have given up on your health but why sabotage theirs? Let's stop the cycle of poor health! – at Palm Coast, FL
If I could go back in time and give myself advice, one of the first things I would say is to appreciate and spend more time with my parents. As a parent myself, I now understand how much the time a child spends with me means. As a teen/young adult, I had no true understanding. – at Florida, USA

Teens/college kids.... It does not take alot of effort to think of someone other than yourself. If you are blessed to have the love and support of family, stop taking it for granted and start actively appreciating it. Others wish for what you have! – at Palm Coast, FL

Them: I hate how I look and want to lose 45lbs. Me: Me too! I'm fixing my nutrition. Them: I am just going to just sign up at the gym. -3 months later- Me: How's it going? Did you lose the weight? Them: I'm good. 3 days/wk at gym. Down 5lbs! Me: Down 45lbs just by eating right. – at Palm Coast, FL
