The new Don River is now complete – along with a brand new island! With the removal of the “north plug”, a waterfront city within a city is coming into view. This historic feat of engineering as part of the Port Lands Flood Protection project demonstrates the success of tri-government collaboration over 20 years. Thank you to Chief Claire Sault, @HonAhmedHussen, @juliedabrusin, @sandhuamarjot1, @oliviachow, @PaulaFletcherTO, Laura Solano (@MVVA_INC), @ausmalik for joining us in the celebration. bit.ly/3UFrvkA
Heh heh this is great. From a Canadian who picks up litter, keep it up New Mexico! Very creative campaign, love it!

Watching WaaPaKe (Tomorrow) in recognition of Truth and Reconciliation Day. I like taking this day to show my support for the Indigenous community and to reflect on healing...for the trauma of residential schools but also for all of us as a country ❤️❤️

Just emailed Councillor Alejandra Bravo re: the Finch Store issue. If you've never written a govt rep, I promise it's a lot of fun! Takes a few min of your time, and keep it professional of course, but it's a great exercise in cathartic journalling. [email protected]
