When I make a political post, the algorithm allows only double digit views. So, here’s some beauty from my Paris trip this summer, maybe you will be able to see it

NEW: Some states fought Trump’s election demands in public. Others stayed silent.
In a case my firm brought, a judge ordered DOJ and DHS to name the states they’ve pressured by noon. democracydocket.com/opinion/…

It’s interesting that Trump is especially interested in rigging the election in Alaska. At exactly the moment when he is trying to give Alaska’s natural resources to Russia.

I am watching leaders around the world condemn this horrific attack on the Dnipro train station.
Has Trump condemned it?

The U.S. Army is now training soldiers to dig mass battlefield graves for American troops for the first time in decades, rehearsing how to handle mass casualties as Trump's war continues.
The Army says it hasn't needed to do this on a large scale since the Korean War.

A father screams in anguish beside the body of his dead daughter. Two 15-year-old girls were killed in a russian attack on the center of Chernihiv, Ukraine.
Dozens are injured, including four children aged 10, 16, and 17, and a 10-month-old baby girl.
Meanwhile, Trump has ordered Ukriane not to hit russian oil refineries, so that russia could make billions and build more rockets and drones to kill more Ukrainians.

I don't need to tell you all that the election results in 5 DAYS will have a MAJOR impact on our collective well being for the next two years.
f you haven't yet, please vote and make your plan to vote. If you have, please text five people today and remind them to vote (do that anyway please).
Leave nothing to chance! Polls don't determine elections, voters do!

Some FBI agents are raising red flags that they may be ordered to seize voting machines or make other interventions in the midterms.
"We have all the evidence we need to expect at least one U.S. attorney and one FBI agent to be willing to sign on to such actions, such as Georgia and Arizona," one FBI official told MS NOW.

Thank you, Emmanuel, for your condolences. Unfortunately, the death toll from the Russian strike on a commuter train in Dnipro has already risen to 14. And just a few hours ago, the Russians struck a residential neighborhood in Chernihiv with a drone and killed two girls. They were only 15 years old. In Kremenchuk, a Russian “shahed” struck an apartment building. Tragically, three people were killed. My condolences to all those who lost their loved ones. In these three attacks alone, 56 people have been reported injured, including 10 children.
These are deliberate strikes against civilians, brazen in their cruelty, and the Russians are carrying them out right as the humanitarian operation in Oleshky is unfolding. Russia’s signals are clear – they want the war to continue, and everyone around the world must still work very hard to achieve major de-escalation through strong steps and appropriate pressure on the aggressor.
Peace is needed – and for that to happen, Russia must end its war and terror.

Judge David Carter:
"Never before in American history has the federal government, on the eve of an election, sought to coerce a state and local government to abandon their own Constitutional elections procedures and bend to the will of the Executive Branch. In bringing this lawsuit, the Executive would have this Court believe that it reigns as a sole sovereign. But California and its people are sovereign, too."

Obama is all out of fucks tonight. The fact that he double downed on everything that made MAGA’s head spin and went even further tonight is glorious.

Voter: I’m a Republican. I'm an old school Reagan Republican, and I believe personal integrity means things. And so I support people that have good personal integrity, and I like James Talarico. He is the kind of guy we need in office.
Q: Not Ken Paxton?
Voter: Definitely not Ken Paxton. Like I said, I think we need people with personal integrity. My father taught me personal integrity is what you do when you think nobody's watching, and we know what Mr. Talarico’s opponent will do when nobody's watching. I think we need people that are willing to represent their constituents and not just their donors.
