A bad game doesn't define your season.
Evaluate the film honestly. Identify the 2–3 corrections that matter most. Build practice around those priorities. Hold players accountable, examine your own decisions, and move forward.

I want to train our players' eyes to recognize coverage quickly, not just test whether they can define it.
One way I do that is by using screenshots and timed quizzes in @justplayfb. Players have to look at the picture, identify the coverage, and process what they're seeing under a little more time pressure.
The goal is to build recognition that carries over to Friday night.

The Manual consistently outlined concepts where Johnson opened up receivers down the field, but the execution was just a tick away from meeting the moment consistently.
Whether that was timing, accuracy, or route detail. Serious year over year improvement in these areas!

The Bears had some nice downfield chunks off this backfield action/protection last night. Johnson's staple concepts are real adaptable and do a great job of opening up the primary for Caleb: amazon.com/dp/B0GHWZRJLT?ref…

As your regular season ends, "My Favorite Version of the Smash Concept" can help you with your postseason run. In this video, we diagram and film-study my favorite version of the Smash concept. We show its flexibility by using it for play-action, drop-back, or roll-out passes.

The goal was never to install more. It's to teach better.
I've been focused on creating a process where our players can find the personnel, coverage, adjustments, videos, and quizzes they need in one place through @justplayfb.
It's not about giving them more information. It's about helping them understand it, retain it, and execute it.

This is a fantastic peek inside the NFL, especially the stories
I guarantee high school coaches have a lot of great headset stories to share

The hidden world inside NFL headsets is as complex and strategic as it is chaotic: a textured audio landscape of intense competition, stress, dramatically shifting emotions, unwritten rules and even absurdity.
