The last week has been truly heartbreaking to witness on many fronts. The impact of years of austerity, dividing communities, lack of access to services and inequality. It all fuels anger and hate and we are now living with the consequences. (1/4)
@UKYouth @natyouthagency @NRYWU are working together with others to provide resources, spaces to connect and a voice for youth workers..watch this space for more info on this!
We're also working with @mylifemysay @iwill_movement @HopeCollective2 on a youth led response as well! #PowerOfYouth. It's vital that young people's voices are listened too and heard!

We wanted to honor Richard's passion & legacy so we've named the main room in our new office 'The Taylor Room'. I love this photo of Richard, having it in the office is a daily reminder of our collective role to carry on the legacy of hope🌟 @UKYouth @HopeCollective2 @DTTlondon
So thankful for all the love and passionate support @UKYouth We are so proud of the work @HopeCollective2 has carried out and your role in the development. Now as we look towards the 25th anniversary of the tragedy next year the Taylor Room at UKY HQ warms our hearts 💕 #TeamHope

On #PowerofYouthDay we're giving a big shout out to all young people who volunteer and create positive change in their communities, including Young Leaders from across the OnSide Network - like Alex, from @manchesteryz. Thank you for your dedication and passion! #BeThatPerson
ALT A quote from Alex, a 16-year-old young leader from Manchester Youth Zone "I’ve been volunteering as a Young Leader since October 2023. I enjoy helping out in the art area and Makers Space. I feel like part of the team when working with the youth workers Karl and Tom. I feel like an adult as they trust me to help."
