ein Kommitment gewünscht. Und wenn wir DAS nach 3 oder 5 Jahren bekommen könnten - das wär doch was. Eine erreichbare (international Kompetetive) Zielvereinbarung, die in die Entfristung führt und international attraktiv macht für die Karriere in oder neben der Professur.
