Only half an hour left for all you @Jackal_Protocol staker's to get yours. Still some special ones in there too... stargaze.zone/l/frutopia
We make things more complex than they need to be. People just want a private place they can safely store their stuff. Your tech should get out of the way of making that happen. Tokens? Complex. Wallet? Complex. Signing? Complex. Aim to simplify.
My doctor sad something really profound yesterday that I had forgotten. Medication doesn’t fix or cure or treat my bipolar, it just makes the symptoms livable. And when those symptoms become less livable it isn’t because the medication stopped working.
if web3 is a new frontier limited only by our imagination, why is everyone using the same tired playbook from web2?
How is this not illegal??? Cards Against Humanity is PAYING people who didn't vote in 2020 to apologize, make a voting plan, and post #DonaldTrumpIsAHumanToilet—up to $100 for blue-leaning people in swing states. I helped by getting a 2024 Election Pack: Apologize.lol

Why Every Infra Team Should Build (at Least) One App on Their Own Platform
If you’re building the playground, shouldn’t you be the first to jump on the swings?
Here’s the deal: Infra teams are laying down the tracks but forgetting to run trains on them. I think this is a big mistake.
Why does this matter?
Because when you build an app on your own infrastructure, magic happens.
First off, you showcase what’s possible. It’s no longer just talk—you’ve got a living, breathing example that attracts users and developers.
Next, you create an instant feedback loop. Real-world use uncovers issues you’d never find in theory. You fix them fast, making your platform bulletproof.
You also refine your dev tools. By being your own customer, you make the experience smoother for everyone else.
Your app sets the standard. It becomes the benchmark for quality and security in your ecosystem. I think others will follow your lead.
It builds trust. Devs and users see you’re invested in your own tech. Confidence spreads.
Plus, you might unlock new revenue streams for the Protocol. Extra cash means more fuel for growth.
Finally, it keeps you innovating. You’re not standing still; you’re pushing boundaries.
So here’s the bottom line: If you’re not building on your own infrastructure, I think you’re missing out. Grab your own tools and start building.
Trust me, the upside has been huge for us.
love it. @Verizon employee charged me for device protection when I said no, phone support supervisor said Verizon will not issue credits and hung up on me when I called for a refund. guess they really value my 5 years with them. anyone have good cell provider recommendations?
I’d like to sign up for some boring times please, I’ve have enough of living in these interesting times

The sun will turn into a red giant and die before the encryption on data stolen from @Jackal_Protocol can be cracked with modern computers. What’s in your storage?

Pull up a seat, let’s talk @Jackal_Protocol and ULIDs.
🧵
Enter ULIDs. These can be combined with a second reference layer. Starting with v4, all data uploaded using Jackal.js will have a rigid ULID providing the safe, reliable lookup the system requires while a second, flexible lookup exists on top that provides traditional file and folder names that can be changed on demand thanks to the support of ULIDs.
Jackal.js is my baby, but that doesn’t mean I don’t rip its heart out to make it better, stronger. Starting with v4, @Jackal_Protocol will let you move and rename files and folders, all thanks to the power of ULIDs. More to come soon.
