I am incredibly excited to announce that I will be joining the faculty @UMNFWCB as an Assistant Professor and the @BellMuseum as the Curator of Ichthyology & Molluscs in Fall 2023! I cannot wait to continue my research on freshwater fishes and head back to the Midwest!

I HATE a few things & one of those is getting a haircut in a new spot. My hair is short so I go to a barber, but I have to find a Black barber & always feel awkward being the only woman. Add in there that I think I messed up parking and now I want to leave and never come back 🙃
