Had my nephew dump out his Lego bin, then used Gemini to analyze the video frame by frame to catalogue his bricks. Now we can type in ideas to build and Argon generates interactive 3D models and instruction sheets for him :)
Since the video wasn't perfect (he's 6 and doesn't know about computer vision), I also had it cross-reference the known bricks against popular sets to verify likely pieces whenever there was a tricky angle
I’ve been having so much fun building with Argon these past few weeks. It’s genuinely changed the way I work every day.
But on the fun side - I recreated my childhood favorite, Cooking Mama, with all jelly foods for no reason
Gemini 4 Argon is now available - let us know what you think!

“We had to find a way and we did. Looking back, we were the luckiest people in the world; there was no choice but to be pioneers.” —Margaret Hamilton
Rest in peace, Margaret. Your trailblazing work leading the development of the on-board flight software for the Apollo spacecraft will forever be remembered. 🫡
A first look at our latest frontier model: Gemini 4 Argon
Excited to get this into more hands soon!
Lots of discussion out there about our next model(!), so I wanted to give an early look as soon as possible. Introducing Gemini 4 Argon!
It shows frontier performance in complex workflows, cyber defense and software engineering. Teams are using it extensively at Google, from coding to quantum computing, great feedback.
Here’s a look at the benchmarks:
Long overdue personal site update
Turned my career into a little three.js world with lots of tiny easter eggs :)

Built a quick @GoogleAIStudio app for practicing scenes for an acting class I’m taking (lol)
- Memorize: Uses Gemini TTS to read aloud the full scene or just your lines
- Rehearse: Uses Gemini Live to scene read as your partner and optionally interrupt with real-time coaching feedback :)

1/5 🧬 Today, our team @GoogleDeepMind is taking another step on our mission of deciphering the genome. We are releasing AlphaGenome Atlas, a massive (petabyte-scale) resource containing AlphaGenome predictions for every possible single-letter DNA change in the human genome — 9 billion in total.

Welcome Gemini 3.8 Flash!
3.8 brings jumps in multi-step reasoning, coding, and agentic workflows - at the same introductory price as 3.7 Flash

Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash is here !!! 🚀 love the ability to extend a scene, first and last frame interpolation, 4K upscaling, faster prototyping… so much more packed in here.
can’t wait to see what all you create with it.
Gemini 3.5 Transcribe has arrived!
Features real-time streaming, multi-speaker support, and Smart Mode to easily convert raw audio -> polished text
Used it to build "Mind the Task" for my commutes 🚅 I speak whatever is top of mind and it gives me a clean, actionable to-do list even over the chaos of NYC subway noise
still so cool to me that antigravity + gemini 3.7 flash can go create 3d models for anything I want to 3d print
related: i will be 3d printing anything i need for the foreseeable future
shoutout @OfficialLoganK for his unwavering commitment to making this happen 🫡
