It was a beautiful day in the garden @MSTMAGNET. I ❤️ the wonder and excitement of new growth, experiencing the beauty in nature and learning about science like forces and shadows in the real world.
I love seeing all the enthusiasm for the garden!
🌱 Our first graders took science outside! We explored pushes & pulls by pulling weeds, harvesting beans, and watching vines pull on the trellis. 🫘🌿 Students even brought home beans as a garden souvenir. So lucky to learn at MST! @MSTMAGNET @katehebert @mcdonaldinstem

It was a HOT Launch Day in the MST Garden: Our 6th, 2nd, and 5th graders are out tending to our garden! We prepped beds for planting, pulled weeds, and nurtured our others plants and compost. We also explored garden materials & their properties. #MSTGarden #RISDDreamOn
Last week of summer garden @MSTMAGNET One of the sprinklers batteries died, as a result the tomatoes suffered. The Luffa and Basil are thriving. We NEED volunteers next week to combat the weeds & to prepare for students! Volunteers are welcome to pull weeds any day anytime!

Week 7 of Summer in the Garden @MSTMAGNET The morning glories are really growing beautifully, the beans, and luffa are putting off so many vines! A little rain would be a great help.

@GregAbbott_TX Abolish the NTTA and their cohorts. The prices are absolutely ridiculous and raising the prices depending on traffic is nothing more than price gouging.
It should not cost more to use the roads than it does to buy fuel.
Summer garden @MSTMAGNET week 6. Green beans were ready to be picked. The only thing not suffering from the heat is the weeds. Thanks to @OpportunityAir1 for the help today!
Week 5 of Summer in the garden @MSTMAGNET. We have so many wonderful herbs and we had some carrots this week! It’s getting hot and dry so we also double checked the sprinklers.
