Current Arseny Gritsyuk. He is only in the US for a short time. His interviews are so great. When asked about a play he commented that NHL players want to kill you in front of the net. When a question comes & he doesn't understand he looks for Amanda Stein to translate. @expomick
This 🤡... If you are mad at Hellebuyck don't go after the team that traded for him. It makes you look salty
We were live when the Winnipeg Jets traded Connor Hellebuyck to the New Jersey Devils.

My cousin (NYR fan) got married in 1998. At the wedding the microphone was passed around to record well wishes for the video. I said I hoped her marriage lasts longer then the Rangers 54 year Cup drought. 🤣 @expomick

“If he is bluffing, someone's going to have to call him.” 👀🏒
@JeffMarek and @wyshynski discuss New Jersey Devils GM Sunny Mehta's approach to goaltending and whether he could pursue a big-name acquisition like Connor Hellebuyck.

Just checked puck pedia #njdevils are down to 23. Kovacevic went on IR. 3 goalies, 14 F and 6 D. #insunnywetrust
Mr. Mayor, @rasjbaraka please consider allowing the restaurants near the Rock to allow fans to eat and drink on Edison Place. #NJDevils fans come from all parts of NJ, to cheer on the only team with NJ in their name.
Here is what I think story lines for the Devils. Both storylines can be negative or positive. My hope is positive.
1. Goaltending particularly Dawes. can he prove he is a NHL goalie. Last night not so good.
2 is injuries. Can they stay healthy? If yes - positive @expomick
Hey @expomick my most exciting player for NJD this year will be Anthony Mantha. He has been vocal about wanting to play with Jack & Bratt. And he has something to prove. He seems hungry and I like that. NHL will be Quinn Hughes for the drama with Minn fans 😍
Hey @expomick sitting here listening to the Rangers analyst, when are you going to invite Rob and I to battle? I heard from some listeners who said I was too soft on him when we spoke on your show before the summer break.

I am told that #NJDevils prospect Anton Silayev is scheduled to be here next week. Rookies report to training camp on Friday, September 11.
Veterans report the following week, on Wednesday, September 16.

Bill Guerin refuses to pledge that “If [the Wild] are unable to get a contract extension for Quinn Hughes, and you have to trade him”, Guerin will resign as GM.
When Guerin is told “you can’t trade [Quinn],” he then says “I can do whatever I want.”

I watched the medical examiner's testimony and heard the prosecution say shut up. Reddington was right. @LawyerYouKnow

What an incredible story coming out of Switzerland this morning!
#NJDevils captain Nico Hischier helped rescue a family in distress on the Aare River in Bern.
A family with two children ran into trouble when their inflatable boat became stranded near a dam, prompting a police response. Hischier was nearby and joined others in helping with the rescue.
A witness described Nico's actions as "heroic," but in true Nico fashion, he downplayed his role, saying he was simply happy everyone made it out safely and, that, of course, many others helped as well.
This might be the most Nico story of all time.
Here's the story in Swiss German:

Hey @expomick I am unhappy disappointed in my team's lack of playoff performance when expectations have been high leading into the season. You know my team.
