Trying to change the details of a flight (Christmas present) with @AerLingus and Jesus Wept! 😩 Call centre rep quoted $210 PER LEG to change flights (website says €100 by the way!) She first said the diff was currency, then said it was to cover call centre costs? 1/2
Then flight difference to change 2 legs is €289. For context booking 2 whole new flights is €348 (for the same flights!!) How can new flights be almost the same price as the difference when you factor in the balance of the original flights?? Math ain’t mathing @AerLingus
