Assaulting a teacher should have serious consequences.
A 17-year-old North Carolina student was indicted on felony charges after allegedly assaulting two teachers in separate incidents.
And prosecutors decided to charge him as an adult.
Good. Teachers shouldn’t have to walk into a classroom wondering whether they’re going to be physically attacked.
And think about the other students who have to witness this behavior while they’re supposed to be learning.
Schools cannot expect teachers to maintain discipline while failing to protect them.
A classroom is a place for education, not intimidation and violence. There has to be accountability.

NEW: ICE’s Victims of Immigrant Crime Engagement (VOICE) office has released emotional video showing Angel Mom Elizabeth Carter confronting the Indian illegal alien semi truck driver who is charged with killing her son and his newlywed wife in a crash in Oregon last November.
The exchange happened as ICE was transferring RAJINDER KUMAR to state custody in Oregon earlier this month to face charges of two counts of first degree manslaughter and three counts of recklessly endangering another person as a result of the crash. ICE gave Carter a chance to speak to KUMAR in an ICE vehicle before the transfer.
ICE says they had arrested KUMAR after law enforcement in Deschutes County, OR ignored their detainer and released him from custody in April.
Kumar had been caught and released at the AZ border by the Biden admin in November 2022 and was given a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) by the state of California.
In the video - an emotional Carter says:
“Hello Mr. Kumar. My name is Elizabeth Carter. I’m William Micah Carter’s mother. And I wanted you to know that I pray for you and your family, I know you didn’t get up that morning planning to kill two newlyweds. And I know your family is going through something important too.”
Kumar largely avoids eye contact and doesn’t say anything.

UPDATE ON THE OSTROUSHKO CASE: The Ostroushko family, who violently assaulted me back in April, tried to file a “motion to dismiss” their criminal case stating that THEY are experiencing “vindictive and selective prosecution”.
They’re framing their federal charges as “prosecution and harassment” by the Trump administration, for “protesting ICE abuses”, while conveniently leaving out how the whole family took turns attacking me.
They made sure to call me a “right wing provocateur and “troll” and characterized their attack on me as a “scuffle” in which Christopher Ostroushko “shoved me in the back”.
(Reminder, that their attack was so unprovoked and brutal, that even left wing streamers who were on the ground that day were defending me).
The DOJ has responded asking for this motion to be DENIED, stating that the prosecutors on this case have been neutral in prosecuting cases involving both Democrats and Republicans.
Chris, Deyanna and Paige Ostroushko, who took turns attacking me outside of the Whipple ICE facility, have filed restraining orders against me in an attempt to silence my reporting (all of which have since been dismissed), have gone on multiple news shows to slander me and have repeatedly lied in legal documents in an attempt to make public scrutiny of their actions go away.
Luckily for me, everything was caught on camera, including Chris instructing his daughter to attack me, Chris himself slamming me to the ground and Deyanna laughing about how she “tackled me” and then ran.
Their next hearing is in TWO days and will determine if we go to trial or not.

Two Americans and MAGA Trump voters in Charlotte NC have just been k*lled by a drunk-driving illegal immigrant from Mexico.
He is labelled as a "WHITE CAUCASIAN" male in the arrest records, despite being a Mexican illegal alien.
Their names were Rodney Quinn and Dana Osborne.
He was 66. She was 63.
On Saturday, October 24th, around 6:30 in the evening, they were riding down Moores Chapel Road in west Charlotte.
Police say a Honda Pilot turned left out of a driveway onto Moores Chapel Road... right into their path.
Police say the driver FAILED TO YIELD.
Rodney tried to stop his motorcycle, but it wasn’t enough.
The Harley hit the front corner of the Honda, went down on its side, and both of them were THROWN into the road.
They were wearing DOT-approved helmets, they did everything right.
But sadly, paramedics pronounced them both DE*D at the scene.
The driver of the Honda? Police say he had NO INJURIES.
His name is Jose Salas Tzompaxtle, and he’s 36 and an illegal alien from Mexico who has been arrested TWICE before for driving without a license, and was never deported.
Say their names. Rodney Quinn. Dana Osborne.

In 20 counties, a combined 3.44M registered voters — and they removed a grand total of 218 dead or moved registrations in two years. San Diego removed 300,000+ on its own.
18 California counties have more registered voters than voting-age citizens.
Then on October 25, the feds warned that 20,000+ voters are foreign nationals. California processed 300,000+ ballots anyway — without segregating the contested ones. Now the vote can't even be linked to the illegal voter.

I met a 79-year-old man at Nashua Community College working as a full-time janitor because his social security was not enough to pay for the bills.
His social security benefits were reduced because of his extra income. Why? It should not.
I advised him to call or visit local social security office to speak to someone there.
