It’s a great charity. I’m moving into coaching when I Finnish. I did my level two with the army and looking to get on to my level 3. I would encourage everyone to give back to the game.
@Comd7ADGp @kendowding knowing your love for the game if your not aware of this charity it’s worth taking a look. Especially if you know people who want to keep their boots on even after playing. I’m booked on my course in September.
Such an emotional but amazing time. My last interservices for the @armyrugbyunion so privileged to have worn the mens XV shirt for 15 years. Can’t wait to put that red shirt on today against the RAF. Thank you to @12regtra and @rhqra for all the support over the years.

Do you want to get involved with Worthing RFC while we attempt to raise the roof ? Follow these simple steps to join our strava group.

Worthing RFC need your help with raising money for a much needed new clubhouse roof.
In the first 2 weeks of February the whole club (from minis to adults) are going to be covering the distance 2021km. We will all be getting involved by either running, jogging or walking.

Last years Trek 2 Twickers was tough but bloody awesome at the same time. This group were so good to walk with, 67 miles from Portsmouth to Twickenham in 27 hours and over £9000 raised for @ProstateUK along the way. Fingers crossed we can do it all again this year! #trek2twickers
Thanks @jamiedoig Tough times don’t last I nominate @mattdwyerno2 @PetergjAustin @bratty85 @SiwanLillicrap

If everyone who is grateful for NHS staff right now followed and retweeted, we would reach a million by midnight.
It will take just two seconds to do, and you can help us share important information that could help save lives.
