Prologue to my Hero's Journey:
I am a patient diagnosed with RA that was told by my rheumatologist that I'd be on a cocktail of meds for life, diet had nothing to do with my diagnosis, and there was nothing I could do to heal or improve from the disease.
Through several personal experiences and reading others, I learned that this is what doctors are taught and what patients are led to believe.
I am Ken, a nobody from Canada that thought he was too small to make a difference. My BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to eradicate chronic disease and mental illness, improving health outcomes and healthcare systems.
More @BillionsHealed bracelets delivered. We can end the chronic disease and mental illness epidemics.

I feel like I am seeing a common thread with the legal chemicals we have foisted upon ourselves. I believe it is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to harmful chemicals that are undermining our bodies’ ability to thrive.
Nine in ten American strawberries come from a few valleys in California where the soil is killed with a First World War gas before every planting, and the fields are visible from the road because they are wrapped in plastic to keep the gas in.
Chloropicrin was made for the trenches. It was a lung and eye agent, a vomiting gas, fired in shells to force men out of their masks. Now it is injected into the ground at Watsonville and Oxnard every year, under tarps that hold the fumes down for a week, and it does to the soil what it did to a trench: everything in it dies, the fungi, the bacteria, the worms, the insects, until the dirt is as sterile as a hospital tray. Then the strawberries go in, on raised beds of plastic, fed by drip line with everything a living soil would have given them, and the plastic and the gas go in again next year, because a dead soil has no defence against the one disease that gets through.
For forty years the gas was methyl bromide, which eats the ozone layer, and when the world banned it in 2005 California's strawberry growers got themselves an exemption and kept using it for another decade, the last major crop on earth to do so. Chloropicrin was the replacement, and the state's own pesticide regulator lists it among the commonest causes of farmworker poisoning in California. The men who apply it are mostly undocumented, the drift has emptied a school in Monterey County, and the strawberry has topped the list of the most pesticide-contaminated produce in America for most of the last decade.
Every year the industry calls it a heart-healthy antioxidant superfood, and every year the field it came from is gassed.
The cow in the pasture next door has never once needed the soil under her sterilised. The strawberry cannot be grown at that scale without it, and the war gas is the price of a punnet in January.

Vinay Prasad ran vaccines and biologics at the FDA until April. His verdict now: "Public health in this country is so broken."
The core problem is one-size-fits-all medicine. An 80-year-old who has never had COVID and a healthy 7-year-old who already had it are not the same patient. Yet they got the same recommendation, the same shots, and the same boosters.
In real world, that's malpractice. In public health, it was policy.
Medicine works when a doctor looks at the person in front of them: their age, their health, their history, their wishes. That's informed consent. Mandates erased it. Trust won't come back until public health admits what it got wrong.
"Fauci was wrong about almost every single pandemic policy he advanced," the former FDA insider tells Reason.

Sweden opts for coronavirus protein vaccine instead of mRNA
From the 2027/2028 season onwards, Sweden will use only a protein-based coronavirus vaccine for its national vaccination campaign. It is the first country in the world to say goodbye to the mRNA vaccines.
Difference in technology
Nuvaxovid is a classic protein vaccine. It contains a ready-made piece of the virus (the spike protein), produced using recombinant technology (a molecular method in which DNA from different organisms is combined in the laboratory and placed into a host cell (such as a bacterium or yeast) to allow it to multiply or produce proteins) and provided with an adjuvant (an excipient that stimulates and strengthens the body's immune response to the antigen, so that the vaccine works better). The body is presented with this protein directly to build an immune response. This differs from mRNA vaccines (such as Comirnaty from Pfizer/BioNTech), where the body's cells must produce the spike protein themselves after receiving the mRNA instruction. This process carries the risk of autoimmune reactions, especially because these products do not remain at the injection site but can spread throughout the body. Furthermore, the quantity and duration of spike protein production are not defined in the mRNA technique. In addition, the lipid coating of the mRNA vaccines is very reactive. All in all, this leads to a disproportionate number of side effects, some very serious and resulting in death (1-3).
Sweden chose its own path during the coronavirus years by not enforcing lockdowns or school closures. Although there was much criticism of this at the time, the Swedish approach was later appreciated ( De Morgen, 25 December 2023 ).
With the decision to phase out coronavirus mRNA vaccines, Sweden appears set to play a pioneering role once again. The Doctors' Collective, together with European partners, has been advocating for the cessation of mRNA vaccinations for quite some time.

Perhaps it’s time to abandon the mRNA platform for Covid vaccines altogether? Sweden has already chosen a different path, selecting a protein-based Covid vaccine rather than Pfizer’s or Moderna’s mRNA products for next year' national Covid vaccination campaign.

🚩Is it the lipid nanoparticles?
New research reveals striking differences in how Pfizer's and Moderna's lipid ingredients behave in the bloodstream, raising questions about whether they contribute to vaccine injuries.

Seems good that:
🌡️doctors must report events aligned with vaccines
🌡️ public awareness of VAERS is growing
🌡️ media and social media picked up on the injuries being reported
🌡️ a novel vaccine receives scrutiny
Hopefully VAERS and the research of the data can get us to the truth about all of the vaccines.

Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo delivered a masterclass response to a lawyer challenging his decision to end four vaccine mandates.
Attorney Simone Chriss claimed it would have a “devastating impact.”
This was his response:
“I understand you’re not a clinician or a physician.”
“Did you say devastating impact?”
Chriss: “I did.”
Dr. Ladapo: “There are other states in this country that do not mandate three of the vaccines that we’re removing.”
“There are many, many countries that don’t mandate any vaccines.”
“Canada.”
“Australia.”
“Denmark.”
“Sweden.”
“The United Kingdom.”
“Many of these countries actually have life expectancies that are longer than this country has.”
“It’s actually sort of perverse to think that you could separate parental rights from public health.”
“Engaged parents are the reason that children eat healthier diets.”
“Engaged parents are the reason that children exercise.”
“Engaged parents are the reason that children go to school and learn, which is a huge predictor of future health.”
“This idea of a devastating impact, I mean, talk about not supported by evidence.”
Florida is refusing to back down from their plan to end mandates for Hep B, chickenpox, Hib, and pneumococcal shots.

This is sickening
Corporate healthcare
A dermatologist with star ratings off the charts asked his employer for feedback after 2 years. The answer came from two vice presidents and an HR representative: his contract would not be renewed, and that day was his last in clinic.
That is the account Stephen Lewellis (@LewellisMD), a board-certified dermatologist, gave on The Podcast by KevinMD.
He had been an employed physician at a large hospital corporation, the kind of first job he chose because he wanted his family to feel secure and wanted to get good at his craft without worrying about staffing and HR. Two years in, what he wanted was to hear how he was doing.
What happened, in his telling:
1. His contract was set to auto-renew. He asked to discuss it instead. “I want to know how I’m doing. It’s been two years, no one’s really giving me any feedback, and I would like to renegotiate.”
2. They agreed to meet, and he was excited. Then they sat him down with three people in the room.
3. “We are not renewing your contract, and today was your last day in clinic.”
4. It was a without-cause termination. The only reason given was that it wasn’t a good fit.
5. There were no weeks or months to say goodbye to patients or staff. They didn’t even let him back in the building.
By his account, he was doing a great job. His star ratings were off the charts, he had a wonderful relationship with his staff, and patients kept telling him they hoped he wouldn’t leave like all their other doctors. The only friction was with senior leaders, after he started speaking his mind about the direction of the organization and why the physicians around him didn’t seem very happy.
His read on that is blunt. Large health care corporations, he thinks, tend to veer away from physicians who speak their mind, because it makes the corporation’s job more challenging.
He also names what patients were already living with before he left. Where he worked, getting an appointment could take 3 months after a referral. The patients who told him “I just hope you don’t leave” had already watched other doctors go.
His point is for the doctor who still believes being good at the job is protection:
“You can be amazing at your job and out the door the next day.”
