According to the post:

The claim has not been independently verified.
⚠️ Analyst Note:

Centralized cyber-intelligence systems have intercepted a case-monitoring dashboard detailing a massive series of posts made on October 28, 2026, by the threat actor "Order66." The report indicates the ALLEGED exfiltration and availability of several critical Argentine databases, affecting both general citizen registries and national healthcare infrastructure. The listed items include 14,237,190 citizen records, healthcare databases containing nearly 1.2 million records (Argentina Healthcare: 1,196,795), the Argentine Integrated Health Information System (SISA), corporate domains (interfy.com.ar), registries of healthcare professionals (rpe.dsalud.com.ar), and the SINIDE system, which contains 172,000 records.

The claimed breakdown:

The only proof shared is a screenshot of directory listings. No sample files, record counts or forum listing were provided.
Earlier this month, an actor linked to the same alias advertised a "4.5TB" Israeli military cache on an underground forum under different labels (Israel Aerospace Industries, Rafael and the IDF), and separately claimed a ~5TB Israeli Ministry of Defense dataset. Forum users questioned the samples in that earlier listing.

A threat actor on a dark web forum has published samples of a database it says comes from SINIDE, the national digital education information system run by Argentina's Ministry of Education.
The actor claims:
* Records of about 172,000 students, with 80+ fields each
* Names, national ID (DNI) numbers and residential details
* School, academic performance and socioeconomic data
* Data on about 1,100 schools and 953 school principals
* Credentials for 21 consultant accounts
* The data was reachable without authentication
⚠️ Analyst Note:
Most of the affected people are likely minors, which makes this exposure especially serious. National IDs plus home and school details can feed identity fraud and targeted scams against families. The exposed staff credentials should be rotated now. This comes hours after a separate claim against the ministry's Moodle platform. The ministry had not commented at the time of writing.

eMudhra, an Indian certificate authority, has had 8 private security keys compromised with half the internet is cooked
The keys were incredibly weak. One of them was literally just “4”
The keys could have been used to create fake HTTPS certificates and make malicious websites appear legitimate.
Chrome, Firefox, Apple and Microsoft have blocked the affected certificates. Older devices, software and apps may still need updates.

Each key should be a 116-digit number, but one was just 4.
Anyone can guess them and forge HTTPS certs for any website.
