Dear Mr. President, Richard Heart @RichardHeartWin (Richard James Schueler), an American citizen and founder of HEX, PulseChain, and PulseX, was reportedly detained in Istanbul, Turkey, on October 14, 2026, following an INTERPOL Red Notice requested by FINLAND. There is significant confusion surrounding his detention, particularly the characterization of the allegations as a “$1 BILLION cryptocurrency fraud in the United States and Finland.” THE AMERICAN PUBLIC DESERVES THE ACTUAL FACTS. 🇺🇸 1. THE U.S. SEC CASE WAS CIVIL, NOT CRIMINAL. In July 2023, the SEC filed a civil enforcement lawsuit alleging that Richard Heart raised more than $1 billion through unregistered cryptocurrency offerings and misappropriated approximately $12.1 million.
