⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️Desiree Perez and the consolidated plaintiffs have filed a new sanctions motion against Demoree Hadley and Javon Hadley, accusing them of repeatedly violating the court’s Special Order Regarding Extrajudicial Statements.
In the June 18, 2026 motion, Perez’s side argues that the Hadleys have continued what they describe as a coordinated social media campaign aimed at influencing public opinion, targeting Perez, Roc Nation, counsel, and others connected to the case.
The motion says Judge Beth Bloom entered the Special Order on June 25, 2025, restricting certain public statements about the case. Perez’s side says the Hadleys were later sanctioned $2,500 each after prior alleged violations and were specifically warned that they were personally responsible for complying with the order.
According to the filing, Perez’s side claims the alleged violations fall into two categories, direct social media posts by the Hadleys and alleged use or encouragement of third-party accounts to post about the litigation.
The motion identifies dozens of posts that Perez’s side says were tied to court events, discovery disputes, depositions, or rulings. Perez’s side argues the Hadleys repeatedly framed themselves as victims, described opposing parties as evil or corrupt, and encouraged followers to view the lawsuit as a battle against Perez and Roc Nation.
The filing also focuses heavily on an X account called “The Demoree Docket,” which Perez’s side claims operated as an unofficial information hub for the #JusticeForDemoree campaign. The motion alleges that Demoree Hadley and an associate, identified as Zachary Williams, helped create or promote the account and used it to amplify case-related commentary.
Perez’s side further claims that the Demoree Docket account posted legal filings and framed routine court developments as scandalous revelations, including language accusing Roc Nation or Perez of smear campaigns, corruption, conspiracy, and other alleged wrongdoing. These are allegations from the sanctions motion and have not been adjudicated in this filing.
The motion also alleges Demoree Hadley testified in deposition that she did not know who ran the Demoree Docket account and was not in contact with Zachary Williams. Perez’s side disputes that testimony and argues that later social media activity suggests coordination.
A major part of the motion concerns alleged threats and harassment directed at Perez by third parties. Perez’s side claims the Hadleys’ social media conduct helped incite death threats, stalking, doxxing, calls for incarceration, and false accusations against Perez. The motion references one individual who allegedly posted threats, was served with a restraining order, and was later arrested and charged with a felony after violating it.
Perez’s side also argues that Demoree Hadley’s social media network was intentionally curated to amplify anti-Perez and case-related commentary. The motion cites an analysis by FTI Consulting that allegedly reviewed accounts followed by Hadley and found a disproportionate amount of litigation-related activity among that smaller network of users.
The filing asks the court to find continuing contempt and impose serious sanctions. Requested relief includes dismissal of Demoree Hadley’s claims with prejudice, striking Javon Hadley’s pleadings, or, alternatively, requiring the Hadleys to deactivate their social media accounts during the litigation.
Perez’s side also asks for an order to show cause, removal of allegedly violative posts, escalating daily fines for noncompliance, attorneys’ fees and costs, and an adverse inference instruction at trial telling the jury the Hadleys violated court orders restricting extrajudicial statements.
The motion argues trial is set for November 16, 2026, and that continued social media activity risks contaminating the jury pool before trial. FULL DOCUMENTS BELOW👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾

Nick Wright says he’s got Kobe Bryant as the 8th greatest player ever, and he was never the best player in the world:
“I know people get mad at that take, but here’s the problem and the reason Kobe was never the best player in the world. Because once Kobe got great, call it 99, he wasn’t great yet, but I’ll give him 99 once you started seeing flashes. From 99 until 2002, Shaquille O’Neal was the best player in the world. And then from 2003 until 2007, Tim Duncan was the best player in the world. You know how I know Tim Duncan was the best player in the world at that time? Because he won three championships in five years. He won two MVPs. He was the best player. He was the best player until that 48 special by LeBron in 2007. LeBron was the best player in the world from that moment until 2018. So it was Shaq, it was Duncan, it was then Bron. At no point was Kobe the best player in the world.”

Idk wats more silly the fact that somebody actually said this or the fact ppl are really tryna make this true..gossiping Zeus watchin stans on X think becuz they didn’t kno Klay the world didn’t there’s literally a reason why Klay was even able to pull Meg in the 1st place 😂

I’m really starting to hate betting on @PrizePicks you could bet a player won’t score 50 and he’ll end up scoring 100 and then bet a player will score more than 1 point and he’ll still end up going scoreless now I understand why ppl think this stuff is fixed I’m over it smh
