A building was leaking at the roof.
10% damage to the building.
Someone saw it ( GEJ). Another person saw it and said it is not that bad (PBAT).
It continued deteriorating and is now close to the foundation. 70% damage. ( PBAT) wants to fix it.@ruffydfire @Truthzon @woye1
