Great informative thread from charity @Switchback_ldn about racism in the UK criminal justice system #BlackLivesMatterUK
The killing of George Floyd has sickened us all and shown once again the urgent need to fight against racism, discrimination and violence against black people and minorities worldwide.

Huge props to Brian!

1. HUGE congrats to Dylon who has been an absolute star on every shift so far.
2. Read this thread from @Switchback_ldn to get a sense of the incredible work they do and how we're working together to support Trainees to make real, lasting change after their release from prison.
9/ And here’s Dylon who today completed his first week training with @kitchenetteLDN:
“Before I went to jail I wanted to get a job but I wasn’t really serious about it. Since Switchback my comfort zone’s changed massively. I’m feeling confident enough to do it”.
