Today is the day of historic surrender by associations before DFS / IBA In a Five star hotel in Mumbai .And a day they have accepted to surrender .Today is international women's day and in our culture women are a form of Shakti .
Today 9 th joint note is being signed one year earlier than the previous joint notes and without even notice of strike and this is being touted as a major achievement but at what cost . not a single major demand of charter of demand has been accepted by team DFS / IBA .

Total increase of 17 pc over march 22 pay slip is reasonable but much below our expectations in view of current record profitability of PSB .
2 in COD we demanded basic salary at par with RBI / LiC and central government.reality our new basic will be 40 pc less than RBI / LIC / central government .with pathetic 3 pc loading in existing basic .
DFS / IBA won
3 COD demanded merger of special allowance with basic reality around 1100 basis point increase in special allowance.
IBA / DFS won
4 COD demanded OPS for all reality no serious discussion on this issue .

Reality they are signing it day without implementing 5 days of work banking.
And now we are on mercy of government of India regarding date when 5 days of work banking will be implemented .

In reality we are getting ex gratia of paltry few thousands to 7.5 lakh pensioners around 20 pc of them retired prior to nov 2007 getting crums as pensions.
In my 39 years of my banking life this is the first time apex level associations have surrendered before DFS / IBA without even putting a semblance of fight .total surrender.
These spineless apex level association representatives have made bankers Life miserable with no relief in sight .
History will remember them as surrender shree

Two things are clear to me from today's (Monday November 2) Indian English newspapers' headlines & lead stories:
1. Modi government unlikely to survive even one year. Why? Because there is no way it will be able to shelter the CEC for too long. This message is in the wind.
2. The new @IAF_MCC chief's tenure will be lacklusture. When the top IAF officer converts the air domain (VAYU meaning AIR) into an acroymn (where each word of VAYU stands for a quality), it is enough evidence that he will follow footsteps of the Master of Acroymns (all know who he is. We have innumerable acroynms from him in past 12 years). So, it will, unfortunately, be more rherotic than substance!

1. सुबह से भीड़ के फर्जी वीडियो चलवाए गए, जो साफ तौर से फेक लग रहे थे.
मंशा ये थी कि लोगों को लगे रैली में भीड़ नहीं आई, इसलिए विपक्ष फर्जी वीडियो-फोटो चलवा रहा है.
2. शाम होते-होते ग्राउंड के आखिरी छोर के वीडियो बनवाए गए, जहां कीचड़ होने की वजह से लोग खड़े नहीं हो सकते थे. उसे चलवाया गया कि रैली में भीड़ नहीं आई.
एक सच्चाई ये भी है कि 👇
• रैली में आया हर व्यक्ति मंच के करीब जाना चाहता है, नेताओं को नजदीक से देखना चाहता है. इसलिए पीछे से मंच की तरफ बढ़ता है.
• ऊपर से बड़ी संख्या में लोग मैदान के अंदर नहीं जा सके.
• तमाम गाड़ियां दिल्ली के बॉर्डर पर रोक दी गईं, क्योंकि मोदी सरकार ने जानबूझकर 1 नवंबर से प्रदूषण वाले नियम के तहत गाड़ियों पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया था.
कल पूरा दिन BJP ने रैली पर फोकस रखा, ये बताने की कोशिश रखी कि रैली फ्लॉफ रही. इसके लिए तरह तरह के हथकंडे भी अपनाये.
इसके बाद भी देश की जनता सड़कों पर उतरी, भीड़ बहुत ज्यादा थी. वो आपको ड्रोन शॉट में देखने को भी मिलती है.
BJP की परेशानी बता रही है कि उसे आभास है कि मामला गड़बड़ हो रहा है. उसे पता है EVM हट जाए तो आज BJP की सरकार चली जाएगी.
इसलिए पेड पोस्ट और गोदी एंकरों के जरिए माहौल बनाने में लगे हैं.

BJP का पूरा प्रोपेगेंडा पंक्चर हो गया!
INDIA गठबंधन की महारैली को बदनाम करने और लोगों को दिल्ली आने से रोकने के लिए व्यापारियों के नुकसान और बाजार बंद होने का डर फैलाया गया। हर कोई समझ सकता था कि जब देश भर से लोग आएंगे तो वे ख़रीददारी भी करेंगे। दिल्ली में काम करने वाले हर कारोबारी को परोक्ष या अपरोक्ष रूप से फायदा होगा।
भाजपा द्वारा गढ़े गए इस झूठे और तर्कहीन दुष्प्रचार का मकसद साफ था: ज्ञानेश कुमार को बचाने के लिए वोट चोरी और चुनाव आयोग की जवाबदेही के असली मुद्दे से देश का ध्यान भटकाना और लोगों को महारैली में शामिल होने से हतोत्साहित करना। लेकिन हुआ इसका बिल्कुल उलट।
दिल्ली की जनता और देशभर से आए लोगों ने इस दुष्प्रचार का जवाब अपने तरीके से दिया। राहुल गांधी जी की अपील पर लोगों ने दिल्ली के बाजारों में खरीदारी की। पुरानी दिल्ली के थोक बाजारों में दुकानें खुलीं और कारोबार जमकर हुआ। इसके अलावा छोटे-छोटे दुकानदारों और रेहड़ी-पटरी वालों से भी लोगों ने जमकर सामान खरीदा। अखबारों की रिपोर्ट खुद इस झूठे नैरेटिव की पोल खोल रही हैं।
दिल्ली के व्यापारियों, दुकानदारों और उन तमाम नागरिकों का दिल से धन्यवाद, जिन्होंने इस अपील को अपनाया और लोकतांत्रिक विरोध के साथ स्थानीय कारोबार का भी साथ दिया।
भाजपा को समझना चाहिए कि लोकतंत्र की आवाज़ को न डर से दबाया जा सकता है, न दुष्प्रचार से।
झांसामन्त्री जी और भाजपा को समझ लेना चाहिए कि देश की जनता उनकी इन हरकतों को पिछले 12 सालों से देख रही है और अब उनके किसी झांसे में नहीं आने वाली है। जनता वोट का अधिकार भी बचाएगी, कारोबार भी चलाएगी और जवाबदेही भी मांगेगी।
