This already exists. It’s called @0xconcentrator. It sells $CRV gauge emissions so you can autocompound into various strategies…even stablecoins! But the best part is that Concentrator also indirectly buys back those dumped $CRV tokens via its autocompounding $cvxCRV and $sdCRV vaults!
