Do you have 100 Years of Weird, our stunning centennial anthology from @blackstoneaudio? Our editor Jonathan Maberry sets new stories by R. L. Stine, Laurell K. Hamilton and Victor LaValle beside classics by H. P. Lovecraft, Robert E. Howard, C. L. Moore and Ray Bradbury.

On the blog: from 1994-2000, I was the editor in charge of a line of internally consistent novels and anthologies featuring Marvel's superheroes. There was a timeline in the back of each book so folks could read everything in order if they so decided. bit.ly/4e4aGJT

On @reactormag we get two very different episodes of VISIONQUEST. The first is talking-heads, but one of those heads is usually James Spader being awesome. The second is a thrilling actioner that raises questions. My review of "Firewall" and "Deadlock." reactormag.com/tv-review-vis…

New on my newsletter and on Patreon: a review of the 1973 TV movie THE MARCUS-NELSON MURDERS, which was the sorta-kinda pilot for KOJAK. The review is free to all Patreon patrons and newsletter subscribers, and you can also buy the review for $3 on Patreon. Links below.

On @reactormag it's a spoof of THE X-FILES that was very topical in 1999, and kinda hard for me to watch in 2026. The BABYLON 5 Rewatch looks at CRUSADE's "Visitors from Down the Street." reactormag.com/babylon-5-rew…

On @reactormag we find out some fascinating things about the Stark AIs, Vision and Thomas try to bond, and Ultron continues to snark off everyone. Plus: Mary McDonnell! My review of VISIONQUEST's "Reboot" and "Malware." reactormag.com/tv-review-vis…

My extreme minority opinion is that I like the Aykroyd parts of Ghostbusters that are kind of a straight occult adventure much more than the Bill Murray cool guy smirking that made the film such a huge hit.
These are my great-grandfather Dr. Sam Aykroyd’s transcripts from the Seances he hosted in the Old Farmhouse. It was the spirit of his work passed down through the generations that inspired my interests. He’s the original Ghostbuster.

On @reactormag it's the episode that was written to be the series premiere before TNT got cranky. Regardless, it's a good episode, if a bit exposition-heavy (as expected for a series premiere). The BABYLON 5 Rewatch looks at CRUSADE's "Racing the Night." reactormag.com/babylon-5-rew…
