It's available at Colorbox.io or Colorbox.dev. (colorbox.io is currently rolling out, so it may not be immediately available there)
Here's some of what's new:
Multi-color editing
Quietly shipped v2 of coloralgorithm. Mostly modernization, but with much better testing. Sometimes the most valuable upgrade is better error messages.

Today, I learned the Command Sign isn't actually that, but it's a Place of Interest Sign used in Scandavian countries to mark attractions, and it's labeled as such in macOS.
It was originally designed to resemble a square castle from the top down.
