1/ Several people and groups in the Better Together America (BTA) / Healthy Democracy civic-hubs ecosystem were recently highlighted by @DataRepublican for participating in Renew American Democracy (RAD) strategy forums and planning exercises alongside former USAID democracy specialists such as Danielle M. Reiff and Paul Zeitz. April 10, 2026 R2T core team call (recorded on Fathom), from DataRepublican’s recent reporting (with research leads from @SKDoubleDub33 and @iamlisalogan). Full recent documentation: xitter.cf/DataRepublican/status/… Thread maps the local hubs, national support layer, funders, and trainer connections. 🧵
The past few days, I got my hands on thousands of new transcripts and hundreds of recordings, thanks to leads from @SKDoubleDub33 and @iamlisalogan . You've heard that the DSA is proposing structural reforms to America, including abolishing the Senate and imposing term limits. What you not have heard is - there is an operational plan to put it all into action. If the Democratic Party sweeps 2026, then DSA will become "foot soldiers" in constant clashes with the administration to cross a "red line" or invoke a "doomsday scenario" - meaning, President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, probably sometime in 2027. Then, a lot of coordinated responses kick off, including delegitimizing the federal government itself and handing that legitimacy to Democratic governors. 2028 then becomes a vote on whether to keep America governance as-is or to burn it all down to appease a "young and brown" demographic. The mysterious group who's been coordinating 50501, Indivisible, and coordinating the NoKings protests is called "United Democracy Alliance" and their intellectual leader is Erica Chenoweth who came up with the 3.5% rule of nonviolent regime change. Patience. I know I've hyped this more than anything else. It's genuinely the biggest discovery I've had. This is an enormous archive. This is only the beginning.

Hello Alex Alex Alex, Let me summarize the book UNELECTED in a nutshell. The Industrial Revolution created a class of private citizens with unimaginable wealth. Many were reviled as robber barons (e.g., Rockefeller of Standard Oil). Others had a better image, like Andrew Carnegie. These new rich decided because they had money, they had a responsibility to do good by the world. So they started building global philanthropic networks that could go into every country. In order to do so, they hired Department of State and Department of War and other state officials. They quickly took over the country's education system starting in the 1920s to train them in the "international mind." When the intelligence community truly sprang up in World War II, the IC hired from ... these same shadowy philanthropic networks. And after WWII, they all coalesced on the same goal: the best chance at achieving a human utopia is to bring the entire world to "democracy." Except it turns out converting countries to democracy isn't so simple as just financing CIA coups. Did all those NGOs question their own assumption might be flawed - that not every peoples, not every culture and religion is compatible with "democracy"? No. Instead, the Trilateral Commission in the 1970s concluded that a more technocratic route was necessary. And over many iterations - the Balkans and African adventures of the 90s, the Iraq & Afghanistan ventures, Arab Spring and color revolutions ... every failed iteration of "democracy" always resulted in the same conclusion: the people are dumb, we have to try harder, put more pressure on them, tighten the screws. And now you have become fully self-referential. Anyone who disagrees with you is "authoritarian." Anyone who agrees with you is "our democracy." Voting methods doesn't matter. That the judiciary system blatantly stole the election doesn't matter. And nowhere this is more obvious in your 30th anniversary publication. In your 30th anniversary publication, you had an article from your longtime head of Open Society Fund-Serbia, Sonja Licht. She also happens to be one of the most decorated civilians in Europe and widely considered an expert in "democracy:" 🔹 Pro Merit Medal of the Council of Europe 🔹 Star of Italian Solidarity 🔹 French Legion of Honour Her solution: "I believe the time has come for a responsible, courageous elite, those who care far more about addressing the genuine social problems than about election results. Only a political elite with vision, prudence and a focus on the general good—to whom the electorate, with their active involvement in public life, can cede part of their sovereignty in the elections... spearhead... our struggle to survive." Read that again. The idea of democracy as pushed by the head of one of your foundations is to literally stop "election results" and to have the public cede their trust to a technocratic elite. End democracy to save democracy itself. This is the final form of a project that started a hundred years ago to spread free markets and create global peace and instill self-governance throughout the world. This is your legacy, Alex Soros. Your father spent his life fighting Communism. You, as his protege, will spend your life perfecting Communism. In the name of "democracy."

The book traces how & why they evolved from fighting Communism to becoming fully self-referential. And now they're on tape plotting with literal DSA Marxists on how to eliminate our Constitution.

"Our politicians love to lecture about Europe while they import the same conditions here. They will not track the background, country of origin, or religion of those who attack Christian sites." - Amy Mek Go out and vote or attacks on Christians in America will only get worse.
MEDIA BLACKOUT: Another Church Attacked If this were a mosque, it would be international news. While politicians lecture us about the Islamization of Europe, they’re handing America over - right here, right now.... This is St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. A local account just posted video of church property being vandalized. Brooklyn Park is no longer the ordinary American suburb it once was. It is one of the most rapidly transformed cities in the state, majority non-white, with large Liberian and other African immigrant populations and a MASSIVE Somali Muslim presence, complete with its own Islamic center and a sister-city tie to Somalia. This is demographic replacement in real time. And when a Catholic church gets hit, the silence from the people who claim to represent us is deafening. Our politicians love to lecture about Europe while they import the same conditions here. They will not track the background, country of origin, or religion of those who attack Christian sites. They bury the data the same way European officials did for years, until the churches were burning and the warnings could no longer be ignored. Do not get me started on what they have done to the women of Europe (Hello Pakistan). In France, anti-Church attacks have run into the hundreds every year for years, with vandalism, desecration, and arson becoming routine. That is the preview. We are living the early stages of the violent script. Meanwhile, Islam in America is working to capture every institution we have, pushing its way into every sector of society, from food and banking to schools and culture, while getting its operatives elected to public office to take over from within. They don’t need violence at this stage. They’re working to take control of the system from the inside out. This is happening now, in a Minnesota suburb. Every time we look away, another piece of the country is lost. We still have a chance to stop this takeover... America is worth fighting for. Vote like it is the last election that still matters. Then hold every single one of these politicians who gets into office accountable. Our future does not have to be Islamic. But it will be if we keep electing people who are too cowardly or too complicit to stop it.

They're organizing "Vote Early, Together": bring 3 friends, make it a party, be visible. (From Freedom Trainers' People's Election Playbook.) Good plan. Let's use it. 🗳️ Check your state's early voting dates, grab 3 people who share your values, and vote together. Post your sticker selfie. Don't sit this one out.

🚨🚨 THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK / THE DEMOCRACY FILES: A PRIMER 🚨 I will be using this thread to track all drops, so bookmark it. I spent most of yesterday backing everything (now 312 gigabytes) up in various sources and getting the materials out to others. I also produced an AI video (below) to explain the whole thing to others are not on 𝕏 - feel free to distribute. Here's the primer: USAID, the foreign aid agency, had a democracy office. Inside the agency, it was called DRG. Officially, DRG administered "democracy assistance." They'd go inside countries they thought were sliding into authoritarianism and help the opposition there. That assistance included election monitoring, judicary support, independent media, and civil society building. You may have heard the term "color revolution." The model comes from Serbia in 2000, where trained student activists brought down Milosevic with the help of Western governments, after sustained protests. With the help of USAID's democracy office, this model was implemented in many other countries to topple governments: Georgia's "Rose Revolution" in 2003, Ukraine's "Orange Revolution" in 2004, and many more. Then last year, DOGE shut down USAID. But the USAID democracy office didn't stop. They formed a group called the Democracy Renewal Group, the same initials as their office (USAID Democracy, Human Rights, Governance). Their goal: apply their own playbook to the United States itself. This goal became a plan, called Renew American Democracy (RAD). It invoked the "4 B's" framework. Block - use lawfare and protests to make life harder for the Trump administration. Bridge & Belong - control dialogue and win people over. The final and most important B is Build. Build means redesigning the American government itself, and the crisis is the opening. In their own words: "We can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, you know, refounding moment." - Danielle Reiff, DRG lead. Calls show DRG working alongside DSA on ideas of creating a different government, one that does away with the Constitution itself. DRG does not run the Block operations. They hand it to UDA, the United Democracy Alliance. One organizer calls it a "huge galaxy": lawsuits, street protests, non-cooperation. They list No Kings, Indivisible, MoveOn, 50501, and many other mega-activist NGOs among their members. Another organizer calls UDA Erica Chenoweth's project. Chenoweth is the Harvard professor behind the three-and-half-percent rule of regime change: get that share of a country's populace onto the streets, and historically, the movement wins. The UDA is very "hush-hush." They have no website, no roster, no filings. Then come the red lines: things the Trump administration could do, such as calling the Insurrection Act on protesters, that would mean that the federal government, in their words, "crosses the threshold into illegitimacy." Nobody voted on those lines. There was no public debate. These red lines were developed within secretive working groups, and in a paper addressed to governors and staff. In the words of Reiff/DRG: "So that if there is a red line crossed in terms of a Constitutional crisis, like everyone's already pre-organized. And so Mike Smith actually said, he goes, oh, you guys have the day after tomorrow plan." Cross a line, and the paper's options include states refusing to lend their resources to federal officials, and governors convening what it calls a "Third Continential Congress." Running the UDA's Insurrection Act working group: Rear Admiral Mike Smith (RET) of National Security Leaders of America (NSL4A). NSL4A is also credited with operationalizing UDA, the blocking operations. NSL4A consists of about 1,600 ex-officers, spies, diplomats. They're turning red lines into indicators and running a situation room to monitor them throughout the midterms and beyond. The NSL4A's lawyers told them to stop recording meetings in case of subpoenas. But the rest of the network continued to record. DRG works in conjunction with Renew to Thrive (R2T), which ended up accidentally publishing 400+ calls and thousands of documents. These calls and documents were never meant for our eyes, but it's them, on tape. Thousands of NGOs and billions of dollars are involved in this endeavor. Most of them believe they're saving democracy. The problem is that people who spent their careers deciding when other countries' governments had lost their legitimacy wrote that test for ours, in private, and planned for what comes after. Who decides when your government is legitimate?

If you have not seen it, my deaf friend DataRepublican has released the “Democracy Files” / “Illegitimacy Playbook” with leaked documents, Zoom recordings, and transcripts showing former USAID officials and allies applying color-revolution tactics (used abroad in Serbia, Georgia, Ukraine, etc.) inside the U.S. After USAID’s democracy office (DRG) was dismantled, ex-staff formed the Democracy Renewal Group and Renew American Democracy (RAD). Their “4 B’s” plan (Block via lawfare/protests, Bridge & Belong on narratives, and Build new structures) aims to use a crisis for “structural reform” or redesign of U.S. governance. The materials describe the secretive United Democracy Alliance (UDA), a mega-network of protest groups (Indivisible, 50501, etc.), lawfare, governors, and federal workers, linked to Erica Chenoweth’s Horizons Project and operationalized by National Security Leaders for America (~1,600 retired officers/spies). They set private “red lines” (e.g., Insurrection Act against protesters, election “meltdown,” delayed seating of officials) that would trigger pre-organized resistance, state/governor leadership, and moves toward transitional governance or constitutional changes. DataRepublican @DataRepublican frames it as trained regime-change experts turning the playbook inward; the groups present it as defending democracy. Primary recordings and docs are available in her X threads. It's terrifying and fascinating.

1/ Possible ID: Mayors for America may be the "national network of mayors" named in this Apr 10, 2026 R2T call, right after Governors Safeguarding Democracy (co-chairs JB Pritzker/Polis). Led by Julie Chávez Rodriguez, Biden's former White House intergovernmental affairs director and 2024 Biden/Harris campaign manager. No member list or donors published. Not confirmed. Corrections welcome. 🧵
🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 1: THE PLAN 🚨 I am working on gathering all the documents. Now, here's something to understand about the "democracy" and protest ecosystem: almost nobody knows the 'grand plan' so to speak. They simply agree to play a role. For example, 99% of people breaking stuff on the streets believe they're doing it out of an organic uprising. They don't see that the police have been ordered to stand down. They don't see that legal services have already been arranged for them. They don't see that foundations are paying for their bonds. Similarly here, governors aren't participating in a pact to destroy the Constitution. Governors simply have agreed to push back on the Insurrection Act. The effect is the same: the governors end up playing a role in a grander plan. I call this "shared epistemology" in my book Unelected. Motivations differ, people rarely agree to the big evil supervillain framing, but incentives all converge in the same end goal. No Kings might not agree to explicitly tear down the Constitution, but they nonetheless work with DSA and will turn out millions of people if the right phone call is put in. Here is one articulation of the plan - and crucially, since then, they have put many NGOs in their places to execute their proper role at all levels when the time is right. Many more coming.

4/ Another connection. Mayors for America's "Mayoral Talking Points for Elections" doc is linked in both the PRP toolkit and the LDF memo. Its protest guidance was "co-developed by Local Progress, Governors Safeguarding Democracy, International Center for Not-for-Profit Law, and Mayors for America." Governors Safeguarding Democracy was named in the same R2T call as the national mayors network. It's the same document with the same partners. Still not proof, but it fits. The doc also coaches mayors to describe protesters as "community members," "neighbors" or "constitutional observers." docs.google.com/document/d/1…

5/ The national security link. A separate toolkit, "Managing Potential Military Intervention in the Midterm Elections" (Oct 2026), is hosted on the U.S. Conference of Mayors website. It says it was provided "by National Security Leaders for America and national organizations under the aegis [guidance] of the Horizons Project," and directs questions to NSL4A. Both toolkits, NSL4A/Horizons and PRP/Mayors for America, are listed together on the U.S. Conference of Mayors' Election Security page, alongside about a dozen others, including Brennan Center and States United, which also appear in the Mayors for America talking points. Per @DataRepublican's Oct 20 thread responding to WaPo, Rear Admiral Mike Smith (Ret.) founded NSL4A, leads the United Democracy Alliance under Horizons Project's "Big Tent" initiative, and leads Horizons' Insurrection Act Working Group. So NSL4A and Horizons are coaching mayors on the midterms, alongside PRP's toolkit and the Mayors for America talking points. Corrections welcome. Horizons Project is Erica Chenoweth's brainchild, and brings foreign regime change techniques into the United States umbrella. Its goal is to "reimagine" the United States system of governance. Rear Admiral Mike Smith (RET), shown here, in addition to being NSL4A founder and leading the United Democracy Alliance under the Horizons Project "Big Tent" initiative... also leads Horizons Project's Insurrection Act Working Group.

Before the last Presidential election, I did a series of posts showing what I would do in the first few days after inauguration if I were President. This one seems particularly apropos after DR's latest drop. xitter.cf/CynicalPublius/status/…
So one Day #2 of the Cynical Publius Presidency, a recorded speech by me would be mandatorily played in every executive branch federal office in the nation. The speech would be replayed on subsequent days until every federal employee saw it, and every federal employee would be required to sign a sworn affidavit acknowledging that they viewed the speech and would abide by it. Anyone who refused to sign said affidavit would be instantly terminated from federal employment. The speech would be of me at my desk in the Oval Office, and it would go like this: “Good morning. This is your President speaking. I am here to speak to the federal employees who serve in executive branch agencies over which I have authority under the Constitution. I want it understood that I am an elected official and you are not. The American people elected me—and NOT YOU—to decide what policies should be enacted by this government. I ran on those policies, the people elected me to fulfill those policies, and that is exactly what I am going to do. I would like to read to you Section 2383 of Title 18 of the United States Code: "Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.” Heed these words. As I proceed to enact the lawful policies that the American people elected me to enact, if you engage in any “resistance” (organized or individually) or purposely seek to undermine or delay those policies, you are engaged in rebellion against the authority of the United States, and I will personally ensure that you are prosecuted to the full extent of Section 2383, convicted, and sent to prison for ten years. If you disagree with me on my policies, you are not disagreeing with me, you are not “resisting” me, you are disagreeing with and “resisting" the American people and the Constitution. This will not be tolerated. Who do you think you are that your role as an unelected bureaucrat supersedes the will of the citizens of this great nation? You are a servant of the American people, just as I am. Act accordingly. You will support the agenda of the American people, or you will be imprisoned. Have a nice day.” The video would then end with Whitney Houston singing the National Anthem at the 1991 Super Bowl, and all employees would be instructed to stand at attention while it played. I’m still thinking about Day #3.

🚨🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 8: THE COMPLICIT FEDERAL WORKERS 🚨 In Drop 7, we saw Paul Zeitz type during a Zoom call: "We are also starting to consult federal workers on how to do some blocking inside the govt agencies during emergency situations - but please do not put that on the form." Excuse me? Actively blocking the federal government during an "emergency situation?" And how are federal workers involved with Renew American Democracy (RAD), a group whose primary mission is to a fundamental rewrite of our Constitution? Turns out, a certain federal workers alliance, FWAD, is working closely with RAD on their goal to rewrite America. FWAD is the Federal Workers Alliance for Democracy, formerly known as "Federal Workers Against DOGE." RAD's published strategy lists FWAD among its endorsers. But FWAD isn't just an endorser. It is a founding partner of the Nationwide Deliberation Campaign (NDC). The goal is "a national People's Proposal of structural reforms" - which, in RAD's other videos and strategy documents, is planned to occur just after the federal government has been declared illegitimate. In a nutshell: with no federal government, a representative (read: DEI) panel of citizens will be assembled, their input collated and stitched into a new constitution for the Fourth Founding. But that is not the only path for restructuring. A concept note also proposes "Constitutional amendments," with "state ratification strategies." Either way, all evidence points to that the NGOs in the Block lane know their goal is to rewrite American governance. All the receipts are in this video. 👇 Note: two current federal workers were in the files. As they are not public figures, I withheld these names. I gave them over to contacts in their agencies instead.

"So if your entire plan is built around what happens after the Insurrection Act is invoked, you are building a plan around mass violence happening" Exactly.
I've been going through the Democracy Files leaks @DataRepublican has been releasing, and whether or not any of this ultimately meets the legal bar for seditious conspiracy. The plan these organizers are discussing doesn't hold together unless you assume their "non-violence" language is masking their true intentions from public consumption. Their red line is the Insurrection Act as a potential triggering action, there may be others, but all of the potential triggering acts that have been hinted at are lawful actions. Nobody invokes the Insurrection Act over people walking down the street with signs. It doesn't happen. The Guard deployments in LA and Portland last year to counteract violent protestors weren't even the Insurrection Act. The only scenario where it actually gets invoked is one where there is sustained violence that local authorities can't or won't control. So if your entire plan is built around what happens after the Insurrection Act is invoked, you are building a plan around mass violence happening. You can say "non-violence" as many times as you want. The plan doesn't work without the violence. That's a wink and a nod tactic to cya legally. But understand the logic flow of what comes next. In the transcripts published by The Post Millennial and WECU, the talk is about governors becoming "the leading governing authority," about how to "wall off these illegitimate individuals," and about moving "into an extra-constitutional process." In other words, the federal response has been labeled illegitimate before anything has even happened. That's where this starts to matter legally. The seditious conspiracy statute covers conspiring to oppose by force the authority of the United States, or to prevent, hinder or delay by force the execution of any law. The Supreme Court said back in 1887 that if federal officers carrying out the law are forcibly opposed by people who conspired for that purpose, that is exactly what the statute was written for. If violence breaks out, and the federal government steps in to protect communities, and these same organizers then use ongoing violent protests to tell governors and the public that the federal government is no longer legitimate, that bleeds out of activism and into something far more serious. Advocating an idea isn't a crime necessarily and the courts have been clear about that. But there is a big difference between teaching an abstract idea and lining up the lawyers, the bail money and the governing plan for the day after. Maria Stephan, who co-leads the Horizons Project, the group that co-wrote the toolkit for these organizers, wrote in 2020 that calling the George Floyd protests violent riots "is simply untrue" and that the looting and vandalism were "a minute portion" of it, "largely committed by opportunists." Erica Chenoweth, whose 3.5% rule keeps coming up in these circles, co-wrote that claims the protests were overtaken by rioting "are false." Paul Zeitz wrote last year that troops had been "deployed against peaceful protestors" in LA. So they are obviously hiding behind legalese to cover their tracks while having a background of defining violent protests as non-violent. All of this tells you exactly how they'll describe the violence when it comes. “It isn't really violence, it's a tiny percentage, it's opportunists, and the real threat is the federal response.” They're being evasive and misleading, intentionally. The question now is what the full archive shows. If anyone on these calls is planning to physically resist federal law enforcement once it shows up, or keeps backing these movements after they've clearly turned violent, that's not politics anymore. And it’s worth repeating this last point. If the organizers of this say “peaceful protest” now, but advocate for advancing their plan to delegitimize the authority of the United States government after violent protests break out, they will be exposed to more obvious legal scrutiny.
