Playing the 3-5-3/3-6-2 (in-possession)… creating artificial counter attacks.
Against a team 2 leagues above us - we stay true to our identity regardless of the opposition.
Not long to go until the season starts 🙏🏼⏳

the basics of football don’t lie: do that and you’ve done 90% of the game.
show what you’re about! @lacfc_

Thursday night - worked on final 3rd underlaps, cutbacks & staying alert to 2nd phases.
Saturday afternoon - 3 goals from being aggressive in wide areas and serving the underlap.
One of the best feelings in football.

Back-to-front football ending in 3 goals… a newly formed team, players who haven’t played with each other and we’re enjoying the process⚽️🔮🪄
The game is played in the mind and the feet are the tools. Develop the mind… develop the tools - rinse and repeat 🧘♂️🙏🏼

i. absolutely. hate. unnecessary. long. balls. Clipping the ball long is disrespectful to the technical players who want the ball.
Trust them and give them the ball… if they lose it, we will win it back - that’s who we are.
Identity. @lacfc_ 🧘♂️⚽️

Midfielders: move behind the pressure to create passing lanes… and SPRINT when the opposition switch the play to increase the chances of winning 2nd balls!
So important 👇🏼

When teams go man-for-man, having the CDM drop into the penalty box to collect the ball automatically creates the extra player in open play.
It’s amazing to see our players recognise the situation and find solutions in-game👏🏼

Build-up play: find the free player.
Enjoy the ball, trust each other and just play the beautiful game.

3-0 win today, which makes it 3 clean sheets & 4 wins out of 5 so far in pre-season.
Some brilliant passages of play (video coming shortly) and it’s honestly a joy to watch us play right now.
We remain focused on our next training session and next game🫡⚽️ @lacfc_

Take the ball, pass the ball, play with trust, play with courage… after just 3 training sessions and 3 games, i am extremely proud of the team’s progress & application.
Onwards & upwards we go @lacfc_ 📈⚽️

Very early days @lacfc_ and it’s great to see this build-up play.
Development points: higher ball speed, pivots combining through creating different angles, CBs playing the pass to back foot *early* & overall bravery to play to our technical CMs *early*!

Incredibly proud of the team after just 2 training sessions to be playing like this @lacfc_
We are not even scratching the surface of RafBall. There is so much more to it and I am extremely happy to see my vision come to reality already. Onwards and upwards we go📈

There's not much good to say about today's game, but we don't have time to think too much about it as we have a short turnaround as we play host to Sporting Bengal United
Credit must go to @lacfc_, who were clinical when their chances came along and deservedly leave with the victory.

This Saturday we travel to take on @lacfc_ as preparations for the 2026/27 season continue. Another important test awaits as the squad continues to build fitness, sharpen performances, and gain valuable minutes.

Seeing us implement what we trained just 3 days before our first ever game is a feeling that every serious coach and lover of the game will understand 🙏🏼❤️ @lacfc_
LCM dropping in to LB, LB going high, wide ‘pass & move’ combinations to create goal-scoring chances⚽️
🏆 FIRST WIN IN CLUB HISTORY.
A few months ago, we were just an idea. Today, we won our first-ever match.
