Goated third party processor and platform @Revley_offical.
Onboarded to a different popular company and had to switch cuz they couldn’t build our offer 😐. Spent 4+ months going back and forth…
Onboarded to Revley and got live same day. Now we get:
- Tokenized subscriptions on a tier 1 processor
- Entire process can be done via Revley AI agent (knows everything)
- Custom checkout
- Fully custom post purchase upsell builder (visible to all customer unlike Aftersell) and can be done through AI.
- Chargeback alerts
- Retention/customer portal similar to Loop or ReCharge
The Revley AI literally built us a full upsell funnel (up and down sells) in 20 minutes…and it was actually fire too.
Not only that but they literally built a feature for me in 1 day since we couldn’t do it before. Our sub rebills are different than initial order price, and are based on quantity discounts. They built this feature for us asap. Literally the main reason we spent months waiting with the other company was solved on day 1. Shoutout @Revley_offical @risdom_ @langzbdra there team is dialed in

Most subscription brands are reading their churn wrong.
Customer didn't cancel.
Customer didn't complain.
Card just said no on rebill day.
And the sub app logged it as churn.
Here's what's actually happening under the hood:
A rebill is a card-not-present charge with nobody in the room.
No 3DS. No Apple Pay. No human to try again.
So the issuer decides alone.
And the issuer is asking three things:
→ Do I recognise this merchant
→ Do I recognise this credential
→ Does the timing look like a real person
Miss one and you get a soft decline.
"Do not honor." "Insufficient funds." "Try again later."
None of those mean the customer left.
They mean try differently.
Different day. Different hour. Updated card. Network token instead of the raw number.
Most stacks retry the same charge, the same way, then cancel the sub.
That's not churn.
That's a retry schedule nobody ever looked at.
Fix the retry logic before you touch the offer.
The MRR is already there.
You're just not collecting it.
Founder note.
A token isn't a pointer to a card. It's the card's résumé.
Every approval that issuer ever gave this customer rides along with it.
Move raw card numbers and the issuer meets your customer as a stranger.
Move the token and it's the same customer it always was.
Here's what actually happens when a card is saved on Revley.
The raw number goes to the network.
The network hands back a token.
That token carries the transaction history...
Every rebill. Every approval. Every issuer that's already said yes to this customer.
Now move it.
To a new MID. To a second rail. To another processor entirely.
The history moves with it.
The issuer still recognises the card.
Most stores start every new processor from zero.
Yours starts warm.
