Once a fighter, always a fighter. (I wasn't always a professor...). This was our crew of absolute hammers, back in the day: @JoshEmmettUFC @TJDillashaw @JoeJitsu @lastcall155 @MieshaTate & @UrijahFaber after filming #UFC Countdown for @ufc Championship vs Cruz on 4th of July, Las Vegas MGM Grand. All great folks, a true "murderers row".
Crazy that this was 15 years ago!

That’s six in a row for @MayceeBarber, with that last loss to the current champ! Still just 25 years old, too!! #UFC299

You almost never see elite wrestlers actively wrestle in MMA passed the age of 35. Even Olympians like Cormier and Cejudo drift towards becoming strikers at a certain age … that wrestling shit is hard!
When you are a high-level wrestler, you rarely go back to what brought you to the dance.
It was actually, one of the biggest mistakes of my career.
