Take your zinc in the morning, magnesium at night, and vitamin D with your first meal. Do it for 30 days and come back and tell me your energy, sleep, and mood didn't change 180 degrees

People who spend long periods of time at home and slowly lose the desire to go outside often think they're just resting. But psychologically, many of them are experiencing something called mental rumination. It's a state where the brain starts slowing down while the number of thoughts inside keeps increasing and the motivation to do anything slowly disappears. The mind gets stuck in the past, worries about the future and burns itself out. This isn't laziness, it's a nervous system stuck in survival mode. And the longer it lasts, the more distant normal life begins to feel. And the difficult part is that you usually can't escape it through one massive burst of motivation. And sometimes, recovery starts with just one small step.

Passive suicidal ideation is not always about wanting to end your life; sometimes, it's wishing you could disappear, stop existing, or go to sleep without having to face another day. You're not necessarily seeking death; you're struggling to find relief from being alive.
I can’t believe my chain got pulled so hard it indented in my neck and left a crusty scar around my shit

if she tells you she likes flowers, she is not saying "buy them now." what she is really telling you is: one day, with no occasion at all, show me you remembered.
Respect women, not just your mother, sister or the woman you want. A real man respects boundaries, never plays with feelings, and treats women with dignity, even when he’s rejected. How you treat a woman when you have nothing to gain says everything about your character. 🤝🏽
