People will say anything to be negative about Dak Prescott.
“He’s a turnover machine.”
Actuality: 9th all-time lowest INT rate.
“He’s not accurate.”
Actuality: He’s 8th all-time in accuracy.
“Needs to be a bus driver. Dink-n-Dak.”
Actuality: He’s the 4th most accurate QB amongst active starters since 2020 when throwing beyond 20-yards. He has the 9th all-time adjusted net yards per attempt.
“He’s not a winner.”
Actuality: He has the 6th best winning percentage amongst today’s QBs.
“He can’t beat winning teams though.”
Actuality: Check your favorite QB not named Patrick Mahomes and tell me if their winning percentage against above .500 teams is far greater than Dak’s.
“The #Cowboys haven’t won big in nearly 30 years. Dak won’t win it all.”
Actuality:
1. Is the #DallasCowboys entire drought fair to even bring up when discussing the current players on the current squad? He was likely wearing nighttime pull-ups when the drought started.
2. Multiple QB greats never won a ring, whereas some league average ones have.
3. There are many greats that didn’t win a ring until they were in their 30s. Dak hasn’t played a single down of real football as a 30 year year old. His opportunity is still before him.

Too often, we assume that someone already knows what we think about them, and we neglect to speak the words that would be sweet to their soul. But people won't ever know what you think unless you say it.

Confidence in yourself is the cornerstone. It is difficult for those who do not believe in themselves to have much faith in anyone else. When leaders have confidence in themselves, that confidence bleeds through to the people that they lead!

The truth is, no matter how hard you try, someone is going to judge you, someone is going to talk badly about you, someone is not going to like you. Don’t waste another day trying to get their approval. You don’t need their validation. Almighty God has already approved you.

When you believe in a brighter and better future, you’re more likely to take the actions necessary to create it. It becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. When you believe the best is yet to come, you give your best to create the best outcome.
