I’m sure your ai code buddy can Grok this code. Nonetheless, I will add some examples to the repo in the coming weeks to help document usage.
I was there, 2025. Everyone was saying "AI is going to change coding forever"
Claude jumps through a few hoops, and suddenly everyone starts saying professionals and their tools are obsolete.
Yet, everytime I looked up I saw people struggling with the exact same software development issues that have always been present since the beginning.
As much as they wanted it, AI couldn't replace software professionals
Prediction:
I think a large number of leading-edge devs will stop using IDEs in the next 12 months.
I've always used an IDE because I like the UI, but I find that for agentic coding, there's now a huge amount of cruft in the IDE UI that just slows me down and slows the agent down.
I'm moving to just using CLI agents + gitui + a couple terminal panes and I'm way faster.
Curious to hear everyone's thoughts.
I think we're starting to see the beginning of SDLC 2.0
This also means it's time for GitHub 2.0 to emerge.
Seems obvious, but apparently not.
Prop changes are not what triggers React to re-render.
State changes are.

Native UI being the "best" is probably an outdated opinion when it comes to Apple, who barely make apps anymore.
Heck, Google sunsets more apps per year than Apple even make
I really like the UI in the native app and I think the next one I'll do in KMP and maintain native UI separate, but common logic.
Many pointed out that React Native should be fast with Expo, so maybe that's my skill issue. Overall, I like the feeling of RN, but if my goal is to have the best UI I'll go with native or KMP.
If I want speed and iteration, I'll go with Flutter.

🚀 Expo SDK 54 includes a huge leap towards bringing modern UI primitives into React Native.
Today Expo UI brings SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose to @reactnative, letting you mix modern UI primitives and React in one app.
Take a look at the blog below from @kudochien, @nishanbende, and @aleqsio about integrating iOS 26 Liquid Glass app with Expo UI and SwiftUI ↓
Do you need a React Native developer?
If you’re not sure, I have operated a freelance operation for 15 years. And usually, my clients are people who needed someone to open a revenue stream that is blocked for some technical reason.
Here are some examples 👇
Apple Pay. It’s usually straight forward. Except sometimes with all the little details involved in setup it’s easy to skip a step

Using OpenAI's Whisper model available on Hugging Face, this is a script for MacOS users (and maybe anyone with Python installed, but I haven't tested it) to convert a wav file into an SRT for transcription

you can actually take this a little bit further and create a green screened video using the SRT
```
ffmpeg -f lavfi -i color=c=green:s=1280x720:d=1132.13 \
-vf "subtitles=transcript.srt:force_style='FontName=Arial,FontSize=36,PrimaryColour=&HFFFFFF&'" \
subs.mp4
```
