Dear @KeerthyOfficial, May we know why you have to laugh out louder for this scene? The actor was physically carrying her weight and lifting her onto his shoulder without any rope support. That takes real effort, risk and itβs disheartening to see this kind of reaction from you
Radhika Apte has opened up about her experience working in Telugu cinema, revealing that she was asked to marry her own cousin in a film.
She also spoke about being paired opposite a much older actor and how her character was killed off halfway through the movie.
The film in question is Legend (2014), starring Nandamuri Balakrishna. But if she had a problem with the storyline or romancing an older actor, wouldn't she have known about the script and the hero before signing the film?
She agreed to do the movie back then, yet is raising these issues years later while calling out patriarchy in the industry.

Telugu audiences are fcking lucky to 've been watching ss rajamouli for so many years. Just look at how he builds & pays off this entire sequence with his dir, music & visual storytelling. I get why he said no one matches his vision. I got goosebumps here

Such an intense scene and Balayya was lifting her while delivering a stellar performance. And thats a big joke for them. Its ok if Radhika Apte says something but didnβt expect that reaction from @KeerthyOfficial
