Thanks to Bob Vorwald, Len Kasper and Jim Deshaies for including me in your final WGN Cubs broadcast. If you want to know what baseball guys do when they get rained out, now you know. We watch baseball. It’s a beautiful game

After 7+ decades of Cubs baseball on Channel 9, the sentiment remains the same.
#Cubs #Cardinals at 7:00 on WGN-TV, starting off with a very special Lin's Bin from WXRT's @LinBrehmer.

Heads up - a few things changed in the 2 1-2 weeks since that was written including the Cubs being eliminated. The video jukebox is loaded and ready to go.
WGN's 72-year run with the Cubs ends Friday night.
And though they will address the situation during the final telecast, don’t expect endless cut-ins of great moments of WGN’s past.
