If you’re using a product strictly for the airdrop, you’re the problem. That said, in a space full of competition and dilution, incentive-based PMF is how businesses attract and retain users. The hope is the product is strong enough that people stay even after the incentives are reduced or gone. If you fell for the carrot on a stick that’s now an SPV carrot, see what it can still become instead of fudding your own bags.
