we live in a simulation hence all of life as we know it - is just *code* stop calling “coding” a penetrated market forest from the trees

Yep
Funny thing about the whole AI debate: the losers are losers no matter what happens to the labs. Yet they keep going up. A gift to anyone with duration

Agentic commerce will have way more ramps & drops than what most ppl are expecting. Very easy equally to dismiss as a low adoption category or hand-wave some gigabrain TAM math but one of those situations where imo bulls will be right, will just be a slow crawl in NT.

it is quite funny that Astra sucks at UI/UX vs. Opus/Fable - yet can it generate insanely good and simple visuals that capture complexity using "create an image"... don't you dare ask it to UI audit tho!

Yes.

Flows are quite obviously out of AI into anything non-AI, including "disrupted" names. Would argue the disrupted will still get disrupted whether we deploy $800 billion into cap-x or $4 trillion.

Look at the GMs dude. I guess biceps have no brain, including Jensen’s
$ANT S-1/A: ~$600M of Q3 revenue lost to price cuts + discounts. Bulls will say Jevons, but they were buying $5B of premium spot compute just to meet demand. And the 20% Opus 5.5 price cut launched Sep 22. Q3 ended Sep 30, so Q3 barely felt it. Q4 gets the full quarter of lower prices.

Paul was pretty OG and had good posts. Now he’s become Abe
A simple example of this is a generation of kids have grown up never getting lost. They use Waze or Maps to get where they are going whether it’s in a car or walking around a city. Getting lost and figuring out how to find your way is a small but useful skill. It can heighten your sense of awareness and understanding of your surroundings. It’s but a very small example of all the ways one could come to rely on AI to do things for us that we should do ourselves. There are all sorts of fears about AI dystopia but the biggest tangible and realistic fear is the accumulation of all sorts of cognitive debt. I often wonder whether AI isn’t the ultimate test and opportunity to choose wisely how to use AI to remove frictions we were never intended to experience in the first place, but not more, and provide the space and time to learn and do things with greater meaning.

Fable 5.5 and Astra 6.2 come out this week it appears. the burden of proof now on the bears at these levels. we're fussed about funding in a near and medium term fully funded investment cycle from cash on hands and cash from ops. sellers beware.

probably 5.2 out this week and they accel and raise 50 at 1.25
Sassy Sam saying "oh we're raising at a ludicrous $1.4T" knowing that the fundraise will "implode" just to generate negative headlines into Ant IPO

Kinda certain to be happening lol, even if AI “funding” seems top of mind now and OAI dropped the ball on latest round, AI is still disrupting all these businesses over time - Whether we spend 2tn on capex or 1tn.
