the 2nd meet-up from the Growth Hacking series I initiated went incredibly well with a team of talented founders and marketers.
the idea behind this one was to analyse @pumpdotfun & @HyperliquidX by analysing key data propelling points from the past year in order to understand what tactics have worked & how these can be applied to future projects.
will attach the structure and areas we looked at; but to put it simply:
🌸 analyse data over the past year: DAU, TVL, trades, volume, tokens graduated etc.
🌸 cross-reference spike with the growth tactics implemented
