Wow. This is heartbreaking. Edin Avdić was an awesome guy with a big personality and contagious energy. Truly loved basketball. A great interviewer and commentator with his broadcast partner Nenad Kostić. We shared great meals during past NBA Finals. I’m gonna miss Edin. RIP.
The ABA League family is deeply saddened by the sudden passing of beloved commentator and basketball personality Edin Avdić.
Edin's passion for the game was evident in everything he did. Through his insightful commentary, engaging media work, and as the host of the ABA Talks podcast, he helped bring basketball closer to fans across the region and left a lasting mark on the sport.
We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, colleagues, and all those whose lives he touched. His voice, passion, and love for basketball will be greatly missed, and his legacy will remain a cherished part of the ABA League community.
