When someone asks how much money you make, stop giving them exact numbers.
“ I earn ₹8,000 a month.” “Just a little over ₹10,000.” “Enough to get by.”
Instead, look at them and say:
“I earn enough to build my life. My salary is my business, not your curiosity.”
Not everyone deserves to know your financial situation. Keep your income private and your confidence high.

Choosing a Life Without Marriage
Not everyone dreams of getting married. Some people choose peace over pressure, freedom over expectations, and happiness over a relationship that doesn't feel right. Marriage is beautiful when it comes with love, respect, and understanding.

His co-worker’s younger sister (29)
always had two phones on her desk.
Whenever someone asked about the battered second one, she would laugh and explain.
"Oh, just an old spare for music."
On a Tuesday evening, while she was packing her bag, she dropped it, causing the screen to shatter completely.
Looking at the cracked glass, she muttered under her breath,
"Ah... my mom’s medical portal app was logged in on this one."

Me: (packs bag, stands up) Have a good evening.
Boss: Please wait; may I ask where you are going? I require you to complete the compilation of today's sales report before your departure.
Me: How long will that take?
Boss: About 20 to 25 minutes.
Me: Overtime starts from 30 minutes, so that wouldn't count. I'll do it first thing tomorrow at 9:00 AM.
Boss: Just stay 5 more minutes until it hits 30 minutes then!
Me: Oh, I can't do that. Staying late just to fill up 30 minutes would be intentionally padding overtime, which is against company policy.
Boss: That's completely unreasonable!
Me: Well, then it's by the rules.

Boss: Why are you just standing by the time card machine?
Me: My shift starts at 9:00. If I punch in early, it doesn't count, right?
Boss: Well, yes, but you could at least start setting up your desk or prepping the morning files.
Me: Work-related preparation before 9:00 counts as working hours. If it's under 30 minutes, it gets rounded down, so I wouldn't get paid for it.
Boss: It’s called work ethic. Everyone gets ready before 9:00.
Me: The rules are the same for everyone.
That evening, at 5:00 PM (end of shift):
A beautiful and vibrant Durga Puja pandal shines brightly under the night sky.

One day, a funny chaos happened in my college during a lecture. Suddenly, the fire alarm started ringing, and everyone rushed out of the classroom. Some students were shouting, some were laughing, and others were confused. Even our professor couldn't control the situation. Later, we discovered that someone had accidentally triggered the alarm. The whole college was filled with laughter. It was a crazy and unforgettable day that still makes me smile whenever I remember it.

My aunt looked him dead in the eye without blinking and said, “Forever.”
He was totally horrified, but my aunt and uncle made it crystal clear: just because he broke up with her didn't mean he was off the hook when it came to being a dad! Regardless of whether he was in love with her or not, her baby is going to need food, clothes, school supplies, and plenty of support for the next eighteen years or more!
My uncle never pressured him to stay in a relationship he didn't want, but he flat-out refused to let him confuse walking away from a girlfriend with walking away from his duty as a father! Looking back, even though it definitely felt like tough love coming from him, it was exactly the lesson he needed—plus, it ended up being such a lifeline for both me and my baby! 😊

The very next morning, my uncle woke him up bright and early and took him straight to the plumbing site where he worked. Just like that, her ex had himself a Saturday job!
Every single week after that, my uncle would bring the paycheck straight home to my aunt before her ex could even touch it. My aunt would just split it right down the middle! She’d keep half for diapers, clothes, formula, and whatever else the baby needed, and then she’d hand the other half right back to him.
At first, he kept pretty quiet about the whole thing. But then, one Saturday, he just stared at the cash in his hand and asked my aunt, “How long are you guys planning on taking half of MY paycheck?”
