Dear @CommunityNotes: when I see a post, say something like “all X does Y” I assume the person using the word “all” it’s not making a literal statement of truth, but it seems community notes always wants to tag those posts. Do people really believe when people say “all” they actually mean that? I would never assume that. But I can see how others might.
