We started doing photo journals with our literacy group in the mornings because we wanted them to start seeing themselves as writers. These kiddos didn’t even want to put pencil to paper before, and now they’re independently writing ❤️#pinkshoes #literacy

So it was a better idea to go door knocking, than to engage with an entire auditorium full of people who were ready and eager to hear your position on important issues? Seems short sighted and ineffective. ....kind of like your party’s education platform. 🤷‍♀️ #kidsdeservebetter

With all these questions and topics that are important to #yql citizens, I wonder why @karriflatla and @Alberta_UCP would choose not to attend. When I look at who would be best to represent the area I live, I question the resolve of those not here. #yqlvote

It’s crazy hair day at @SenBuchanan today!
Did an impromptu lesson today about how we can get ourselves back from a stressful situation/feeling. We brainstormed ideas and I am SO impressed with what they came up with! #selfregulationwizards

Had so much fun doing our density lab yesterday! Giving 40 kids syrup, dish soap, and vegetable oil? Why not! #inthenameoflearning
So. We were using the @Scholastic story generator today. And my student got the prompt written at the right of the picture. I walk past and read his first sentence and immediately burst out laughing 😂 #tenyearoldsarebrilliant
