life becomes so fun when you start treating random strangers like homies youve known since you were 7. everyone is so shy, nerd necking staring at there shoes. when you rip people out of their zombied state of shyness you can literally see their brain get watered for the first time in 10 years.

We are announcing three new discoveries in mathematics, computer science, and physics about harmonic analysis, complexity theory, and quantum field theory.

this paragraph alone is the antidote to every “find your niche” advice on the internet.
“let him be educated, skilful with the pencil, instructed in geometry, know much history, have followed the philosophers with attention, understand music, have some knowledge of medicine…”
vitruvius wrote it 2,000 years ago, describing the ideal of the man.
true enlightenment is coming to the realization that you don’t have to limit yourself to one interest, but dive into as many as you want, and let every branch of your knowledge feed the others.

This paper answers why can’t you remember being a baby?
For over a century, science said you can't remember being a baby because your infant brain was just too "immature" to record anything. researchers assumed your hard drive was basically turned off for the first two years of life.
But this wild paper from Yale completely rewrites how we understand human memory..
Researchers literally put awake babies (between 4 and 25 months old) into an fMRI scanner to watch their brains process new visual experiences in real-time.
and what they found is mindblowing..
the infant hippocampus isn't turned off at all. it is actively firing, capturing, and encoding episodic memories. they proved that babies with higher hippocampal activity during a new experience formed a highly stable memory trace.
the babies are recording the data. the memory of your first birthday, your first steps, the exact layout of the room you slept in.. it was all successfully saved to your brain.
so why can't you remember it?
the paper concludes that infantile amnesia isn't an "encoding" problem.. it is a "retrieval" problem.
your brain recorded everything perfectly. but as you grew, your brain underwent massive developmental shifts, like explosive neurogenesis (the rapid birth of new neurons), which completely restructured your neural networks. the pathways to access those early files got buried or locked away.
you didn't fail to make the memories.. you just lost the encryption key to open them.
somewhere deep in your hippocampus, the exact first-person memory of being a 1-year-old might still be sitting there. you just can't access the file anymore..
the human brain is terrifyingly beautiful.

You have to move through life knowing you are somebody extraordinary, while also remembering that you are a nobody who knows nothing. The highest levels of consciousness can hold both truths simultaneously.

meditation is a gateway to different levels of consciousness
like the electron in the double slit experiment, it is only when consciously observed that the subconscious reveals its “form”
whether you call it meditation or silent prayer , the simple act of sitting with your breath and watching your thoughts will open up the labyrinth of your own mind.
the subconscious remains elusive and formless until the conscious mind decides to confront it head it on
in the stillness, we begin to notice the things that usually get lost in the noise of everyday life. the thoughts that keep returning, the emotions we struggle to explain, the fears we bury and the beliefs we carry without ever questioning where they came from.
perhaps this is where meditation begins to reveal its true purpose. not necessarily to silence the mind, but to understand it. to sit with ourselves long enough to see what is happening beneath the surface, without immediately trying to escape it, change it or give it a name.
what we avoid looking at is exactly what we need to understand. and what we begin to understand we can finally begin to confront.
whether through meditation, silent prayer or simply allowing ourselves a moment of stillness, we create the space for the conscious mind to turn inward and observe what has always been there, just beyond our awareness.
the journey into consciousness is not about becoming something new, but about becoming aware of what has been shaping us all along.
Meditation literally increases the spectrum of visible light you are able to process.
Not as in seeing other colors or wavelengths like infrared or UV.
But it makes you see the midtones between colours more clearly and vibrant.
Imagine it as on a number line where every single natural number represents a color.
But after meditation you are able to dive into the endless depths of the decimal between full numbers or colors in our case.
You don't add more numbers to the line, but what you perceive becomes more rich and vibrant.
You can try this out for yourself.
We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a person…full of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence.

Just because we can run 100 concurrent sessions at a time doesn’t mean we should.
I think we are going to see a lot of people burning out because of the speed they are working at with AI.
It’s sneaky. Because at first glance it looks like AI is doing the heavy lifting. But you are carrying the decisions, the orchestration, the ideas. And no matter what anybody says… when you amp that by 100x it’s going to take a toll.
Personally I’ve had to limit how much work in progress I do with my agents.
Again just becuase you can run at 100m an hour doesn’t mean you should.
AI was supposed to make us work less
I've never been this tired in my life
most days I have up to 10 agents running at the same time. one fixing a bug, one writing pages, one refactoring something I already forgot I asked for, 3 other I have no idea what they are doing but i suppose i ask it?
and I jump from conversation to conversation all day
compared to 5 years ago, I probably context switch 100x more
by the end of the day my brain is fried. completely toasted. nothing left, not even for the people I love
I call it the fried brain effect
thought it was just me but almost every founder I talk to lately says the exact same thing
we got superpowers, and somehow the pressure only went up. if you can ship 10x more, you feel like you have to ship 10x more. every single day
I don't have a solution
honestly I have no idea where this goes from here
anyone else feeling this?

In May 1921, American polymath Walter Russell entered a 39-day coma-like state, during which he claimed to have accessed “the source of all knowledge.” Upon awakening, he frantically wrote down what he had seen—pages filled with philosophical, scientific, and spiritual revelations that would later form the foundation of his manuscript *The Universal One*. Though he sent his findings to 500 leading minds of the time, nearly all dismissed him as mad—except one. Nikola Tesla, the visionary inventor, was so struck by Russell’s insights that he urged him to seal the work away for a thousand years, insisting that humanity was not yet ready for its truths.
Walter Russell’s revelations reimagined the very structure of reality. He argued that matter was not solid but crystallized light slowed by thought—that everything around us, from rocks to human bodies, was composed of light patterns, shaped by consciousness. He believed the universe was fundamentally mental, not material, and that all things moved in rhythmic cycles—expansion and contraction, like breath. He dismissed opposites like good and evil as illusions, asserting instead that everything sought harmony and balance. To Russell, death wasn’t an end but the release of compressed light returning to its source. Even time, he claimed, wasn’t linear, but a spiral where past, present, and future coexisted.
These ideas were radically ahead of their time, blending metaphysics, wave dynamics, and a deep sense of universal unity. He believed electricity was a living spiral of energy, not merely electrons in motion, and that the vacuum of space was in fact a vibrant sea of untapped potential. Health, in his view, was the natural rhythm of the body, and disease was simply a disruption of that flow. Though ignored or ridiculed during his lifetime, Russell’s work now draws new attention in an era where quantum physics and consciousness studies begin to echo the same questions. To many, he is no longer a forgotten eccentric, but a prophet of a paradigm yet to come.

One of the most powerful things that you can do (and most don't) is sit in silence, focus on the breath, and surrender in the gap of silence between the breath. You can submerge into this space and then become the silence between 2 thoughts to enter pure awareness.
The craziest part is that something this simple (yet challenging) will allow you to find the deepest answers inwards about yourself (self) than you ever did looking outwards (ego).
You will be amazed at what is possible with consistency of this.
The modern human doesn't need more, it needs less. We don't need to be more productive, we don't need to automate more of our job with AI, and we don't need more time spent on technology disconnecting us from inner being.
We must not only strip back all the physical materials that linger in our environment that don't serve a purpose besides taking up space, AND we must strip back who we think we are, and our whole identity that's been governed by ego.
A humans biggest resistance to healing and unlocking their full potential is their ego. The ego acts subtly within the subconscious and conscious mind and body to govern your identity, thoughts, desires, emotions, and decisions.
This means it builds a false sense of you. The ego fears the unknown, and will latch onto an identity even if it doesn't resonate with the deeper self. The ego will make you feel pain and suffering more than what's necessary because it's safer than the unknown. Ironically, the fear of unknown shouldn't be fearful because it is not known, it's the ego manifesting what the unknown looks like, built from the past, and thinking ahead in the future, rather than the present moment.
Being in the present moment itself is non-identifable, so humans distract themselves with being "productive," technology, excess thoughts, and avoiding silence and stillness as much as possible. This is the subconscious power of the ego doing this without you even knowing. You denying all of this is also ego-driven.
An excess of ego is connected to the Solar Plexus chakra becoming supercharged with energy rather than the other chakras. This chakra deeply connects to the digestive system, and this may be a large reason why you see many individuals with gut inflammation and infection compromising their health.
This is very common and you can definitely address the physical symptoms (eg., a gut protocol / cleanse) and it's encouraged, but it's one layer that almost acts like a band-aid to the deeper energetic layers that need to be addressed and explored.
Not to say that an ego is bad, it's fundamental to your drive, confidence, and discipline. It's just out of balance in the modern world because the mind-body is governed mostly by external rather than internal.
This is an invitation to sit more in silence, and be comfortable with the non-identifiable present moment. This deeply encourages healing and unlocking the deepest layers of your health, wellbeing, and wisdom.
