For decades, the United States pushed Europe — and in particular Germany — to break energy ties with Russia. They did, becoming highly dependent on imports of fossil fuels from Washington, paying multiples of the price they were offered by Moscow. Germany is deindustrializing as a result. Now, as US policies drive the world towards an energy cliff, Washington is set to buy inexpensive fuel from Russia to address its own crisis — while waging a proxy war on Russia! To call this a humiliation for Germany is an understatement.

The Math is very simple. You have a 120-150Bn(some say 200Bn) market. And BIC efficacy combined with great tolerability. And a 4.7Bn market cap. Seriously, who cares about another 500M even 1Bn dilution? $VKTX

$VKTX here's a tweet on Safety. Boom Across both QOW and monthly arms, GI adverse events were similar to placebo, even with accelerated titration. This is a major differentiator vs semaglutide/tirzepatide, which often worsen GI burden during maintenance.

I remember us getting mad about Seth when he did a 8.50 offering when sp was above 10. Well here we are with $PDSB doing a 10M dilution of shares at $1. This is a great example of a small cap biotech with exceptional data but a very bad CEO/Management.
