Spending this week at the countryside with the doggo. Thinking a lot, refocusing and going back to myself. This whole year was one of the hardest financially, I had in a while. Q4 is the time to change it and go into the new one with better energy!

Spending a lot of time talking with people about how they are and how is their growth coming along, rather then directly asking or telling them what I want. Most of the times, the responses are slower, but more genuine and the agreement tends to be stronger.
