Rivals DON'T Balance for Top 500. Context: He uses Winrate to determine Wether a character is strong or not. (They have me blocked so I can't reply) 2. If OOA sway the devs decision on game balancing Triple support would've gotten taken out back Last Year LOL 3. A good % of the current meta picks wouldn't even be meta if The Devs taken high rank into account & you wouldn't have the poor rank system you have now.
