Zcash doesn’t need to re-invent the governance wheel. Stakeholder voting has worked in capital markets for centuries. Coinholder voting is just the onchain form-factor.
Experimenting in governance is not part of the Zcash mission. Its mission is privacy.
It’s time to end ZCG and all the distractions and misalignment that come with it.

2016 feels like a lifetime ago in crypto. 😂
Think about how many projects have launched, made noise and disappeared since then.
Decred launched that year, and it's still here.
Still producing blocks, still seeing development, still giving stakeholders a role in its direction.
We don't talk enough about longevity in an industry that's always chasing the next big thing.
